We're now utilising a different type of capsule which allows us to fill more inside. This means you're now getting the same amount of Inner Defence™ blend in one soft capsule instead of two capsules.
It is not necessary to take this product with a meal; however, please remember that people will vary. If you have a sensitive stomach, you may choose to consume this product with food.
Citronella is not used and therefore does not appear on the label.
