The Loyalty gift is provided exclusively to Essential Rewards members whose orders consistently reach 100PV or more. The Loyalty gift will automatically add to the next Essential Rewards order of 100 PV following the qualifying order. Standard or Rewards Points orders will not be eligible to receive the Loyalty gifts.
The Loyalty gift will add to the next Essential Rewards order of 100 PV or more that processes after the qualifying month (3,6,9,12).
For example, if your 3rd consecutive order of 100 PV or more is in November, then the 3rd month Loyalty gift will add to your December Essential Rewards order of 100 PV or more. If you skip the Essential Rewards order in December or fall below the 100 PV minimum, you may still receive your Loyalty gift in your January Essential Rewards order of 100PV or more.
Should no Essential Rewards order of 100 PV or more process within the two months following the qualifying month, the Loyalty Gift will be forfeited, and the Loyalty program will restart.

Should the Essential Rewards program be cancelled, or if multiple skip months are taken, the Loyalty gift qualification count will restart and will automatically bypass any loyalty gifts that have already been received.
Yes, the Loyalty gift incentive will recognise when Essential Rewards orders begin to reach 100 PV or more. The Loyalty gift is an ongoing incentive, members can join at any time, and when they reach the benchmarks for consecutive orders, the Loyalty gifts will be added automatically to their following Essential Rewards order.
Yes, both reactivating members and Retail to Wholesale members who join the Essential Rewards program on 100 PV or more can participate in the Loyalty gift incentive.
If a member is already on Essential Rewards overseas and transfers to Australia or New Zealand on Essential Rewards at 100 PV or more without skipping a month, they will continue to earn the Loyalty gifts.

The Rewards Points earnings are based on the percentage of PV on the Essential Rewards order. The percentage depends on how many months the Essential Rewards has processed consecutively.
- 1–3 months: 10% of PV on each Essential Rewards order
- 4–24 months: 20% of PV on each Essential Rewards order
- 25+ months: 25% of PV on each Essential Rewards order
Example: If an Essential Rewards order is 100 PV and the earning percentage is 20%, you will receive 20 Rewards Points from the order.
