Each 2 soft capsule dose of Green Omega 3 packs 330 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and 165 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) from a pure plant source—marine algae. We also added vitamin E, flaxseed oil and clove essential oil. Together, these plant-based ingredients give you all the benefits of an omega-3 supplement without the fishy aftertaste!

This vegan omega-3 supplement contains essential fatty acids from algal oil instead of fish oil and supports general health and wellbeing.
