Q: Who can participate in this Program?
A: This Program is open to active Young Living Singapore Brand Partners who are in good standing with Young Living; are 18 years of age or older as of January 1, 2025; and meet the following THREE (3) criteria:
a. Have a primary billing address listed on their Brand Partner account as SINGAPORE
b. Active Brand Partners are individuals who have made a purchase of at least 50 PV in the last 12 months and signed the Young Living Brand Partner Agreement
c. Have an achieved rank of Senior Star or above as of November 30, 2024
Q: How do I opt in to this Program?
A: Interested Brand Partners need to opt in for this Program at https://bit.ly/2025LA_opt-in which will open from December 1, 2024, at 12.01 a.m. till December 31, 2024 at 11.59 p.m., Singapore Standard Time (SST). Brand Partners will be informed of their eligibility via email within two weeks after the opt-in period.
Q: What is the Qualification Period for this Program?
A: The Qualification Period begins January 1, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. and ends April 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., SST.
Q: I successfully enrolled a NEW Brand Partner in Young Living Singapore within the Qualification Period, what happens if he/she changes enroller within the Qualification Period?
A: For you as the enroller to earn the relevant points in this Program, your personal enrollment must NOT change enroller within the Qualification Period. Otherwise, the enrollment will not be counted.
Q: What is considered a reactivation?
A: A Reactivation is defined as a Young Living Singapore Brand Partner who has been inactive for at least 2 years or 24 months, reactivating his/her existing account as Young Living Singapore Brand Partner with minimum 100PV of Premium Experience Bundle or Customised Enrollment Order, within the Qualification Period.
Q: For Personal Productivity goal, can I enroll anyone?
A: Participants must personally enroll a minimum of eight (8) new Brand Partners in Young Living Singapore within the qualification period, with minimum 100PV each.
Q: Can I enroll 1 new Brand Partner this month and make up with 3 enrollments next month?
A: Yes, as long as by the end of the qualification period, you have a minimum of 8 new personal enrollments with minimum 100PV each in Singapore.
Q: For Personal Productivity, if my NEW Personal Enrollment in Young Living Singapore within the Qualification Period placed TWO (2) Singapore LR/SO orders of minimum 100 PV each (1st enrollment kit on LR) in the enrollment month, how many points for his/her orders will I earn?
A: You, as the enroller, will earn 2 points for ONE (1) new Personal Enrollment in Young Living Singapore, but this 2nd order (LR/SO) of the new personal enrollment will NOT be counted. The 2nd order must be placed after the enrollment month within the qualification period.
Q: For Personal Productivity, if my NEW Personal Enrollment in Young Living Singapore within the Qualification Period placed and processed the 1st enrollment kit with minimum 100 PV on LR/SO in the enrollment month of January, skipped LR/SO in February but resumed LR/SO order of minimum 100 PV in March, how many points for his/her orders will I earn?
A: You, as the enroller, will earn 2 points + 2 points = 4 points as you have fulfilled ONE (1) new Personal Enrollment in Young Living Singapore and a 2nd order placed by this new Personal Enrollment outside of enrollment month.
Q: For Personal Productivity, if my NEW Personal Enrollment in Young Living Singapore within the Qualification Period placed and processed the 1st enrollment kit on LR/SO in the enrollment month of April, placed and processed 2nd LR/SO order of minimum 100 PV in May, how many points for his/her orders will I earn?
A: You, as the enroller, will earn 2 points for ONE (1) new Personal Enrollment in Young Living Singapore, but will earn NO points for his/her retention order in May. Retention points are only given within the Qualification Period.
Q: My achieved rank is Silver and my current paid rank is Senior Star as of November 2024, I re-ranked to Executive in January 2025. How many points will I earn?
A: No points are earned. Re-qualification of achieved rank points will only be earned when you re-qualify for your achieved rank (only for Executive and above) within the Qualification Period.
Q: My achieved rank is Silver and my current paid rank is Senior Star as of November 2024, I re-ranked to Silver in February 2025. How many points will I earn?
A: You will earn 15 points for re-qualifying for your achieved rank (only for Executive and above) within the Qualification Period.
Q. My achieved rank is Silver and my current paid rank is Senior Star as of November 2024, I re-ranked to Silver in December 2024, maintained the rank of Silver in January 2025. How many points will I earn?
A. You will earn 3 points for maintaining your achieved rank (only for Executive and above) within the Qualification Period. The base rank is based on the Participants’ paid rank as of November 2024 or the paid rank as of December 2024, whichever is higher.
Q: My achieved rank is Silver and my current paid rank is Senior Star as of November 2024, I re-ranked to Silver in January, dropped to Senior Star in February and re-ranked to Silver in March 2025. How many points will I earn?
A: You will earn 15 points for re-qualifying for your achieved rank in January 2025 and 3 points for maintaining your achieved rank in March 2025. Points for re-qualification of achieved rank can only be earned once within the Qualification Period and only for re-qualification of achieved rank of Executive and above.
Q: My achieved and current paid rank is Senior Star as of November 2024, I ranked up to Silver (new rank) within the Qualification Period. How many points will I earn?
A: You will earn 15 points + 25 points = 40 points
Q: My achieved and current paid rank is Senior Star as of November 2024, I ranked up to Executive (new rank) in January and maintained the rank of Executive in February and March 2025. How many points will I earn?
A: You will earn 15 points + 3 points + 3 points = 21 points
Q: My achieved rank is Senior Star and my current paid rank is Star as of November 2024, I re-ranked to Senior Star in January 2025, and maintained Senior Star in February and March 2025. How many points will I earn?
A: No points are earned. Re-qualification of achieved rank points will only be earned when you re-qualify for your achieved rank (only for Executive and above) within the Qualification Period. Maintenance of achieved rank points will only be earned for Executive and above. Re-qualification and maintenance of achieved rank of Senior Star do not earn you points.
Q: My achieved and current paid rank is Silver as of November 2024, I dropped rank in January 2025, re-ranked to Silver in February and maintained Silver in March 2025. How many points will I earn?
A: You will earn 3 points + 3 points = 6 points. We refer to your paid rank as of November 2024 as the base rank. In this scenario, you opted in as paid rank of Silver as of November 2024 (which is also your achieved rank), so you are considered to be maintaining your achieved rank in February and March 2025.
Q: To earn points for the rank advancement of my Personal Enrollment in Young Living Singapore within the Qualification Period, must he/she be enrolled within the Qualification Period?
A: No, you can earn points for the rank advancement of your Personal Enrollment in Young Living Singapore enrolled anytime but rank advanced for the first time within the Qualification Period.
Q: My Personal Enrollment in Young Living Singapore advanced by 2 new ranks within the Qualification Period, from Star to Executive on the same month. How many points will I earn?
A: You, as the enroller, will earn 3 points + 15 points = 18 points
Q: My Personal Enrollment in Young Living Singapore advanced by 2 new ranks within the Qualification Period, from Star to Senior Star in January 2025, then from Senior Star to Executive in February and maintained the rank of Executive in March and April 2025. How many points will I earn?
A: You, as the enroller, will earn 3 points + 15 points + 10 points + 10 points = 38 points
Q: My Personal Enrollment in Young Living Singapore advanced by 1 new rank within the Qualification Period, from Senior Star in January 2025 to Executive in February, and dropped rank to Star in March and re-ranked to Executive in April 2025, how many points will I get?
A: You, as the enroller, will earn 15 points + 10 points = 25 points for his/her rank advancement from Senior Star to Executive and maintenance of the rank of Executive within the Qualification Period.
Q: Will a drop in rank affect points earned?
A: Any changes in rank through product returns or exchanges may result in a forfeiture of the corresponding points earned for this Program.
Q. Does Sales and Transfers count towards the business growth and team management criteria?
A. Sales and Transfers are NOT eligible for points under the business growth and team management criteria.
Q. Who can win any prize in this Promotion?
A. To be eligible to win any prize, a Participant must meet the following FOUR (4) criteria:
1. Personally purchase a minimum of 100PV each month
2. Minimally enroll EIGHT (8) Personal Enrollments in Singapore
3. At least 15 points from the "TEAM MANAGEMENT" criterion
4. At least 50 Points in total
Q. What are the prizes that I can win?
A. Top 20 Participants who meet the FOUR (4) criteria above will win these prizes: Ranked Top 20: 4-Day 3-Night trip inclusive of air ticket + ground arrangement + hotel accommodation (twin sharing).
Q. How will Young Living Singapore select winners in the event of a tie?
A. In the event of a tie between one or more Participants for any tier prizes, Young Living Singapore will follow a tie breaker analysis involving all point categories and how many of each point category occurred, in this order of importance:
1. New Personal Enrollments/Reactivations in Young Living Singapore
2. Rank Advancement of Personal Enrollments in Young Living Singapore
3. Personal Rank Advancement or Re-qualification to Achieved Rank
4. Retention of New Personal Enrollments/Reactivations in Young Living Singapore
5. Personal Maintenance of Achieved Rank
6. Rank Maintenance of Personal Enrollments in Young Living Singapore
Q. What are the requirements of the trip?
A. Travel insurance must be purchased by the qualifiers and guests at their own expense. All Qualifiers are required to make flight reservations exclusively through our designated travel agent due to the intricacies and associated risks of flight booking. Self-booking of flights and accommodations for this trip is strictly prohibited and is not eligible for reimbursement. Unused value of the travel vouchers will be forfeited.
Q. When is this trip with Young Living Singapore?
A. The 4-Day 3-Night trip is scheduled for September 2025.
Q. Can I bring a guest if I win a prize?
A. NO. This trip is only for Qualifiers.
Q. Will Young Living Singapore pay for my transportation to and from the airport departure/arrival location?
A. Travel costs incurred between your home and the said location are at your own expense.
Q. Will Young Living Singapore pay my baggage fees?
A. Baggage fees and other expenses are solely the responsibility of the winning participant.
Q. What if I qualify for but cannot attend the Trip with Young Living Singapore?
A. There will be no encashment or replacement prize in the event you qualify for but cannot attend the Trip. The prizes are also not transferable.
Q. Where can I know my progression of the points I earned and when are points for this Contest to be updated?
A. From January 21, 2025, 12:01 a.m. Singapore Standard Time (SST) to April, 2024, 11:59 p.m. SST (“Qualification Period”), points earned are calculated and updated weekly in the Telegram every Tuesday, under “2025 Leadership Academy” Tracker.
Q. Can I transfer my points to another person?
A. Participants may not transfer their points to another person.
Q. Do points earned in this Program have any cash value or Loyalty Rewards (formerly known as Essential Rewards) point value?
A. Points earned for the Program have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded as such. All points will expire after the Qualification Period has ended. Points cannot be redeemed for any other Young Living event, program, or product, including Essential Rewards.
Q. When will I be notified if I qualify to be rewarded?
A. Final results are scheduled to be published on Young Living Singapore social media channels by June 30, 2025. On or before July 4, 2025, emails will be sent to the Qualifiers who are eligible for the rewards containing acceptance links where the qualifiers must accept or decline the rewards and complete a registration form by July 11, 2025. Failure to respond to the acceptance email via the link within this period will be considered as a reward rejection. This rejection cannot be reversed and in a similar way, acceptance of the prizes will be final. If a Qualifier rejects the rewards, he/she will no longer be eligible for any reward(s).
