Frequently Asked Questions

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY AND PROGRAM INFORMATION

The qualification period begins January 1, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. and ends April 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.  

Only Brand Partners from participating countries are allowed to participate in YLD.

The program is open to active Brand Partners who are in good standing with Young Living and who will be 18 years of age or older or the majority age in their jurisdiction as of January 1, 2026.

PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY GOALS

Participants must personally enroll a minimum of eight (8) new Brand Partners with a minimum of 100 PV on Loyalty Reward (LR) within the participating country during the qualification period.

Yes, as long as by the end of the program period, you have a minimum total of 8 new personal enrollees with minimum 100PV on LR each within the participating country. 

TEAM MANAGEMENT GOALS

Qualifying legs are the legs (level 1 downlines) that qualify you for your paid rank at that month. For example, to qualify for a Silver rank, one must have two legs with at least 4k OGV. The two legs with minimum 4k OGV will be the qualifying legs for the Silver, the rest of legs will be non-qualifying legs. If the Silver has 3 legs with 4k OGV and above, the top two legs with higher OGV amount will be the qualifying legs. Your Team Management targets (and which legs are considered Qualifying vs Non-Qualifying) are locked in based on your paid rank in NOVEMBER 2025 throughout the Qualification Period.

You must choose only ONE non Q-leg to grow the required amount of Average OGV vs Average BOGV. If in doubt, please contact your sales department to verify.

The Downline to Up rank (D2U) must be within the organization of your selected Non-Q leg (can be the non-Q leg’s downline or the non-Q leg himself/herself). The D2U must be a YL Brand Partner within the participating country personally enrolled by yourself.

You can choose to rank up a new personal enrollee (who has never achieved Executive rank before) or to re-rank an existing personal enrollee. By re-rank, the D2U must not be an Executive in recent months, i.e. D2U must not be paid as Executive / Silver in any of the TWELVE (12) months before JANUARY 2026. All D2Us must rank up/re-rank to Executives (/Silvers), and maintain the achieved rank one (1) month outside of the rank up month (does not need to be consecutive).

If the D2U ranks up/re-rank only in APR 2026, the maintenance month may be extended to May 2026. This allowance is only applicable for rank ups in APR 2026, rank ups before APR 2026 must complete maintenance month by APR 2026 (does not need to be consecutive).

YLD INCENTIVE TRIP OVERVIEW

The YLD Qualifier will travel from their home country to China (Ningxia Farm and Beijing).

The incentive trip will take place in the month of September 2026. The exact travel dates will be announced once confirmed.

The YLD incentive trip includes the following:

  1. 7D6N trip to China (Ningxia Farm and Beijing).
  2. Leadership training sessions
  3. Exclusive YL branded souvenirs and Swags

*7D6N includes days of travel.

FLIGHT, TRANSFERS AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS FOR QUALIFIERS

You may choose between the following two options for your travel arrangements:

  1. Option 1: Book Your Own Flight
  2. Qualifiers may book their own flights and will receive a flight stipend. This stipend also covers the cost of airport transfers, which they will need to arrange on their own. The final stipend amount will be determined by each respective market at the time winners are announced and will be based on a reasonable reimbursement cap set by the market.

  3. Option 2: Join the Group Flight Booking
  4. Qualifiers may opt into the group flight booking arranged by the local Young Living office. For those who choose this option, airport transfers from the airport to the hotel will be fully covered and coordinated for you.

All Qualifiers and their guests, if any, must travel together on the same itinerary and hold all necessary travel documents. Any extension or deviation from the official trip dates will be the sole responsibility of the Qualifier. Airport transfers for those extending or deviating from the original flight schedule will not be provided by Young Living.

All expenses incurred for travel between your home and departure airport are at your own expense. Airport transfers between the arrival airport in China and the designated hotel will be arranged by Young Living only for Qualifiers who choose the group flight booking option.

If you choose to book your own flights, you will be responsible for arranging your own airport transfers. The flight stipend provided will cover both airfare and transfer-related costs.

Please note that airport transfers for those extending or deviating from the original flight schedule will not be provided by Young Living.

Baggage fees and other additional expenses are solely the responsibility of the Qualifiers.

Travel insurance is mandatory for every traveler and is not covered by Young Living. Qualifier and guests, if any, may select any travel insurance of your choice and must show proof of travel insurance prior to boarding the flight.

ACCOMMODATION AND GUEST POLICY

Accommodation will be provided on a twin-sharing basis. Each Qualifier will be assigned to share a room with another Qualifier. Winners who qualify for an additional free guest slot, as outlined in the contest rules, will be allocated a private room to be shared exclusively with their designated guest. No special rooming requests, changes, or upgrades will be accommodated unless expressly approved by Young Living.

A. If you have met the required Criteria as per T and C, guests must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

Each Qualifier may bring one (1) guest only, in accordance with the achievement criteria outlined below.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND FORCE MAJEURE

Qualifiers who cancel their participation after accepting the prize will not receive a refund for the value of the prizes.

Yes. At Young Living’s discretion, Qualifiers who cancel may be requested to reimburse costs related to the cancellation of their trip.

No. Young Living will not compensate Qualifiers, in cash or in kind, if they are unable to participate in the trip after their acceptance.

Young Living is not liable in the event of cancellation due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  1. Extreme weather or natural disasters
  2. Strikes, demonstrations, boycotts
  3. Fires, floods, accidents
  4. Wars, riots, insurrections, or acts of government/public enemy
  5. Shortages or rationing of fuels or vital products
  6. Inability to obtain materials or other unforeseen circumstances

At Young Living’s discretion, cash prizes of equivalent value may be provided in the event the trip cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the company’s control.

PERFORMANCE TRACKING

There will be a portal that participants can access to check the weekly update of personal productivity, business growth, and team management goals.

Portal will go live around mid-January 2026. The exact date and access will be announced via your sales department.

The YLD Portal will be updated weekly.
