DIRECTIONS
Children from 2-12 years: Take 1 capsule, once daily. Open the capsule and sprinkle into milk, juice or water and consume immediately.
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule once daily with water following the evening meal.

HEALTH WARNINGS
- Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
- Storage: Store below 25 degrees Celsius, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, store at 2-8 degrees Celsius. Refrigerate, do not freeze.
