APAC Silver Retreat Attendees get to be some of the first Young Living Brand Partners to visit, tour, and develop Young Living's newest farm in Okinawa. The farm is surrounded by a natural forest, and the island's subtropical climate is home to an immense biodiversity of flora and fauna.
This year, we’re excited to introduce a special opportunity for you to select your preferred retreat dates, as the event will be held in three waves! It gives extra flexibility ensuring your participation in this extraordinary event, set amidst the natural beauty of Okinawa, Japan. It is also your chance to visit our own Okinawa Yanbaru Farm and enjoy a unique blend of personal growth, meaningful learning, and well-deserved relaxation.
The 2025 APAC Silver Retreat will take place on the following dates:
Wave 1: December 13th–16th, 2025
Wave 2: January 9th–12th, 2026
Wave 3: January 16th–19th, 2026
You will have the opportunity to select one of the waves to attend. Each wave promises an equally fulfilling and memorable retreat experience.

One of the highlights of the Gold Retreat is the opportunity to visit the farm where it all began. The St. Maries™ Lavender Farm and Distillery in Idaho is the first Young Living® farm and the birthplace of our Seed to Seal® quality commitment. Dig into our roots and go behind the scenes of the distillation process for our Lavender and Melissa essential oils.

Immerse yourself in the lush landscape of our Finca Botanica™ Farm and Distillery in Ecuador. The source of our Young Living® Ylang Ylang, Palo Santo, Dorado Azul and Ecuadorian Oregano essential oils, this farm is one of the most biodiverse regions of the world. As part of your Platinum Retreat experience, you’ll get to learn about the innovative technology and sustainable farming practices that make our high-quality essential oils possible.
Diamond Retreat

How to qualify* New Diamond Retreat Brand Partners New Diamond leaders can earn their spot on the Diamond Retreat by achieving the paid-as rank of Diamond, Crown Diamond, and/or Royal Crown Diamond for a minimum of three consecutive months (per rank) for the first time in their Young Living history within the qualification period (January 1–December 31 of a given year).** |

Returning Diamond, Crown Diamond, and Royal Crown Diamond Brand Partners
Brand Partners who have met the “New Diamond Retreat Brand Partner” requirements for a past Diamond Retreat and would like to attend the Diamond Retreat again may choose to do so. Young Living will pay a percentage of the cost of the trip, including travel, for one Brand Partner per Diamond account and one qualified guest,*** based on the number of months they have achieved the paid rank of Diamond or above during the qualification period. Please see the percentage breakdown on page two of the flyer linked below. (This option is based upon retreat availability.) See flyer for details.
