How To Use
Mineral Essence 108ml
Take 5 ml once per day in the morning, evening or as needed as a mineral supplement. May be added to 118 – 236 ml of distilled/purified water or juice before drinking. Shake well before use.
Black Ginger PMF 60ct
Take 2 tablets once a day with or without food.
Black Pepper Essential Oil 5ml
Directions:
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil and apply to desired area as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
