How To Use
BALANCE Dual-Phase Toner
Directions: Shake well before use. After cleansing, use to moisten a cotton round and sweep over skin morning and night. Avoid eye area.

Work soap into a lather with water. Apply generously to face and body; rinse thoroughly. Store in a cool, dry place.
