48 Hours Website Downtime - Now Complete

Updates Completed - We're back Online!
All Young Living websites and the Virtual Office will be offline for approximately 48 hours starting Saturday, January 21, at 8 a.m., MT (Sunday, 22nd January, at 4 a.m., NZDT).
During that time, we’ll be hard at work making important system updates to our websites’ essential business software and security, so we can continue providing you with the best Young Living experience. Member Services will also close while we’re working on our websites. Member Services will be closed Monday 23rd January, reopening earlier at 10am NZDT on Tuesday.

- Shopping will be unavailable and Brand Partners won’t have access to their Virtual Office.
- All Young Living call centres will be affected by these changes and will also close while we’re working on our websites.
- If you have an ER order scheduled to process 22-23 January, it will process after 24th January. Please ensure your order is updated with the correct items prior to 4a.m. NZDT, Sunday.
- Perth Experience Centre will be open on Monday for order collection, provided the member has received an order collection email.
- Third-party Brand Partner tools such as MY YL will remain online but may experience technical difficulties when accessing new data.
