Young Living wins two International Business Awards!
Young Living has received two International Business Awards: A Gold Stevie for our Virtual International Grand Convention and a Bronze Stevie for our COVID-19 Task Force team’s stellar response to the pandemic.
This year we set a gold standard for our International Grand Convention, and we have the Stevie to prove it! We prioritized the safety of our attendees by celebrating the convention virtually. Despite this change, we exceeded our attendance numbers by hundreds of thousands, with an estimated 210,000 viewers and 1.5 million plays in more than 80 countries! We also increased the reach of our message by signing up 17,310 new business builders compared to 5,381 at our 2019 convention.
Our second Stevie spotlights our response to the pandemic. Young Living took the initiative to organize a COVID-19 Task Force team to keep our employee family safe by providing a smooth transition to remote work. We also felt a responsibility to help the community respond to the pandemic by addressing the dire need for essential products. These response efforts included monetary donations to Meals on Wheels and weekly donations of Thieves Waterless Hand Sanitizer to local fire and police departments, school districts, health care workers, non-profits, and more. We also sent $81,000 in face masks and Young Living personal care products to the Navajo Nation Tribe, $40,000 in essential oils to major New York City hospitals that collaborated with the Urban Zen Integrated Therapy program for frontline works, and we made our new Global Headquarters available as an emergency medical overflow space.
