    Ben Riley

Ben Riley has more than 20 years of experience in the direct selling industry and a long history with Young Living. He began his career with Young Living in 1998 and put himself through college working the graveyard shift in the shipping department at Young Living's warehouse and headquarters.

After graduating with a business degree from Utah State University, and earning an MBA from Duke University, Riley embarked on a 15-year journey of direct sales management in markets across the globe. Ben has served as VP of leadership at Visi, VP of sales at Avon in Australia and New Zealand, managing director for 4Life ANZ, and general manager for Melaleuca ANZ.

Ben also worked as an expatriate in Taiwan and South Korea and speaks fluent Korean and some Mandarin. In total, he has spent more than 10 years building businesses internationally.

He returned to Young Living in 2016 as the regional president of North America. In 2017, he was named executive vice president of global sales, and in 2018 he became Young Living's chief sales officer. Most recently, Riley was a management consultant for Strategic Leadership Partners, and prior to that he served as chief sales officer at Younique where he helped the company grow and expand its direct selling sales force.

Ben is married with five children and enjoys hiking and camping with his family. His personal interests include golf, road and mountain cycling, reading, and traveling. Ben’s favorite Young Living products rotate regularly, but his current go-to is Young Living’s Believe essential-oil blend.

    Ryan Barson

Ryan joined Young Living in January 2022 in a Senior Sales role and is now President of the Asia Pacific, Young Living’s fastest growing region. His knowledge of Direct Sales and Network Marketing is both broad and deep, having amassed over 20 years' industry experience across numerous key business functions, including international business development, operations, marketing and sales.

With a genuine passion for helping others to achieve their goals, Ryan's greatest professional joy is watching those he has helped celebrate their success.

In his downtime, Ryan is a keen triathlete and talented artist, who enjoys spending quality time with his wife Heather and their four wonderful boys.

    Nicolas Landel

Nicolas was literally born into lavender and Young Living. even before his birth both his parents were working at a local distillery where lavender fumes filled the air. It was at that time that his father, Jean-Noël Landel, began his partnership with Gary Young during the early days of Young Living.

At the ripe age of 6 months, he received a foot massage with lavender oil from Gary that has become a legend. He spent his youth playing in lavender fields and being surrounded by essential oils.

For the past 14 years, Nicolas has been taking over the management of the French Farm but also helping with all the farms in EMEA making sure the quality of our oils and innovations are our number one focus. He worked alongside Gary, his Father and the other Young Living farms as he travels the world for Young Living oils. He loves learning and sharing about how aromatic plants become essential oils: from cultivation to harvesting and finally distilling.

    Mark Bartlett

Mark Bartlett’s early life was in outback Australia near his family sheep farm/apple orchards. He went to secondary school in Sydney, Australia, then studied at the Australian National University in Canberra where he obtained degrees in organic chemistry and biochemistry and a Ph.D. in Immunology and Cell Biology.

In Australia, Mark conducted research on cardiovascular disease with a special interest in the role of reactive oxygen species and free radicals. Later, he studied the impact of several different plant-derived natural products for their ability to inhibit graft rejection, cancer metastasis and autoimmune disease.

Mark was a post-doctoral scientist at the National Institutes of Health, National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland, where he investigated the interaction of T-cells with the blood vessel wall and the role of various molecules that are used by these cells to communicate with one another.

Mark has nearly 30 years of experience in the wellness industry. He is a member of the Council for Responsible Nutrition Senior Scientific Advisory Council, The American Association of Immunologists and The New York Academy of Sciences.

    Kat Charcos-Puyo

Before Young Living, Kat lived a life that revolved around the validation of others. It was a difficult time as she felt torn with the many roles she was juggling. It was this very reason that she found the promise of 'personal development with a paycheck' so appealing and made a decision then and there to give it her all - right from the start, in building a Young Living business.

To Kat, hitting the highest rank is not the ultimate purpose. To make it to the top is mere proof that it can be done; it is more fulfilling to share the journey than the destination. As she continues building and moving forward, her aim is to inspire and challenge, and to propel others towards their dreams.

    Sarah Harnisch

Sarah Harnisch is a six-time Amazon best-selling author, 24-year veteran radio network news anchor in Chicago and New York, Young Living Diamond, mom of 5 and “Lollie” (grandma) to five amazing grandbabies. Her book “Gameplan” topped the Amazon business charts for 10 months. She was the only female in the top 50 of all business writers.

Sarah spent 12 years in the government projects until launching a successful Young Living essential oils business in 2014.

Whether it is poverty, courage, emotional strength, or bravery-- Sarah is a voice of hope to tens of thousands of people battling adversity across the world! Her speaking will fire you up, make you cry, give you practical tips to pull yourself out of a rut, help you focus, and get you energized about your Young Living business all over again!

    Rick Arnold

Rick has an outstanding 30-year record in the direct sales industry. He’s spent 20 years in corporate management and an additional ten years as a top distributor with a significant industry leader.

Rick holds a diploma of Education, a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Adelaide University.
