How to Use

Massage M-Grain™ onto the head and neck when feeling tired, tense, or uncomfortable. For sensitive skin, dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex.
Add a few drops during massage or other body therapies.
Diffuse or apply directly to promote an aroma that helps relieve daily tension and stress.
