She has presented internationally across seven countries and is known for simplifying complex concepts into practical, immediately usable strategies. Since 2013, Beverley has delivered and certified NLP training programs, building a strong reputation for impactful, results-driven education. With a background as National Sales Training & Development Manager in the direct sales industry, she brings deep insight into people connection, belief and effective communication, helping individuals and leaders achieve meaningful growth.

With an extensive background in molecular genetics, nutrition and regenerative medicine, Dr Naras Lapsys specializes in optimising health and lifespan through a holistic approach that combines cutting-edge science, personalised nutrition and lifestyle interventions. An Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Sports Dietitian (SDA), he has developed a deep understanding of how stress, sleep, fitness and mental well-being impact eating patterns and overall health. Dr Lapsys joined Chi Longevity in 2023, where he combines his research background, clinical experience and expertise in longevity medicine to empower people to take control of their health through science-backed, evidence-based personalised interventions.

Ben Riley has over 25 years’ experience in the direct selling industry and a long history with Young Living. He began his career with Young Living in 1998 and put himself through college working the graveyard shift in the shipping department at Young Living's warehouse and headquarters. After graduating with a business degree from Utah State University, Ben embarked on a 20-year journey of direct sales management in markets across the globe.

He returned to Young Living in 2016 as the regional president of North America. In 2017, he was named Executive Vice President of Global Sales, and in 2018 he became Young Living's Chief Sales Officer. "Throughout all the adventures of my life and career, Young Living has remained constant in my thoughts. I have deep affection for the Young family, Young Living's amazing mission, brand partners and markets across the globe, and the hard-working corporate team. Returning to Young Living as its President is the culmination of the great story-book adventure I have had with this singularly matchless company I love and call home."

Sam Needle brings over 30 years of experience in leadership, sales, and training. After a successful career in the corporate sector, she transitioned to the direct selling/MLM industry 15 years ago - a move that allowed her to leverage her expertise while enjoying the flexibility her family needed.

Throughout her journey, Sam has been passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential. She finds immense satisfaction in helping people achieve goals they once thought impossible, creating lasting impact for individuals and their families. Known for her energy, drive and unwavering commitment to her team, Sam leads with purpose and authenticity.

Since July 2025, Sam has served as Sales Director for Australia and New Zealand. In her new role as Country Manager, she is excited to lead the Young Living AUNZ into its next phase of growth, innovation and community impact.

Adeline Law is the General Manager of Young Living Malaysia, where she leads strategic growth, brand development and operational excellence for the market. With a strong focus on empowering communities through wellness and entrepreneurship, she drives initiatives that expand the reach of Young Living’s essential oils and lifestyle products.

With a background in design and advertising, she has always placed an emphasis on Marketing with a Purpose. She believes that every transaction must be based on informed choices, intention and purpose.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of the local market, Adeline is committed to building a purpose-driven organization that inspires individuals to live healthier, more balanced lives.

Ed Dailey RN,RNPA has been a registered nurse for 31 years. He has worked in various clinical settings including surgery, oncology, Integrative nursing care, and the operating room. He is a former faculty member of the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy program cofounded by Donna Karan.

Ed has been educating for Young Living for 15 years and has traveled the globe to educate YL customers and Brand partners. As the Director of Product education, Ed is passionate about helping others optimise their wellness regime utilising Young Living products.
