- Diffuse or breathe in the balanced aroma for a sense of calm and comfort after a long day or when a moment overwhelms you.
- Apply a few drops topically to enjoy this comforting and uplifting aroma.
- Add drops to your bath with a cup of Epsom salt to let go before you rest.
Directions
Topical: Apply 2─4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed.
