Step 1 (Original Valor): Place 1 drop on inside of left wrist, then place left wrist over right wrist and hold for a moment

Step 2 (Harmony): Place 1 drop above belly button

Step 3 (Joy): Place 1 drop above the heart

Step 4 (White Angelica): Place 1 drop in palms, rub together and lightly brush hands over head, face, shoulders and body
