- Dilute Longevity with V-6 and use it in reflexology or foot massage.
- Diffuse it for an invigorating and clean-smelling atmosphere.
- Use it during meditation or yoga.
- Diffuse or apply it topically while reflecting on life goals and purpose.
Directions
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of V-6™ or olive oil. Test on a small area of skin on the underside of your arm and apply to desired area as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 10 minutes 3 times daily.
