NingXia Red Paddle Pops

Jump to recipe

These frozen treats are delicious and nutritious making them the perfect healthy choice for the whole family. I like using coconut milk in this recipe to make them creamier but you can also use coconut water or juice, if you prefer for a lighter version.

NOTE You’ll need paddle pop (icy pole) molds to create your frozen treats. The number of pops you make depends on how big the holders/molds are. You can always add a few berries or fruit pieces into the molds to increase the amounts of pops.
