Why is my Commission Credit missing in my Young Living account in Virtual Office?

There might be 2 reasons behind the missing Commission Credit.

SCENARIO 1: SUBMITTED ZEROIZE COMMISSION REQUEST

In this situation, it is due to the Zeroize Commission request submitted is in progress.

Since Zeroize Commission process will take up to 6-7 weeks to process, and 1-2 weeks to process the payment, commission will be banked into the registered bank account in 2 weeks time.

SCENARIO 2: DID NOT REQUEST FOR ZEROIZE COMMISSION

This might be due to the current month’s auto-ship order’s payment is in pending, hence causing the temporary withheld of commission.

Here’s what you can do:-

In your Virtual Office, go to “MY ACCOUNT”
Click onto “MY ORDER HISTORY” to check on the order payment status.
If there is a pending payment, proceed with the necessary payment, or cancel the order if it is not required.

Commission will be release once the pending order is paid or cancelled.

Scenario 1: Commission Remain as Credit in Young Living Account

This might be due to the submission of Direct Deposit was done after the cut off date – before 10th of the month. Hence the entitled month of commission will be credited into your Young Living Brand Partner’s account as Commission Credit.

Rest assured, the next monthly commission payout will be made into your registered bank account by 18th of the month, in condition that all bank details provided are accurate.

Scenario 2: Cheque Issued for Current Month’s Commission

This happens when commission payment was rejected by bank due to incorrect details (bank information, identity card number, etc.)

Our Member Services will get in touch with you through text message (SMS) or email with a Jotform link for details correction.

Before the 24th of the month:-

Log into Virtual Office
Click on “MY ACCOUNT” then “MY PROFILE”
Click on “CHANGE DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION” to check the previously submitted details are correct.
Make necessary amendment (if any).
Click to agree on the “Terms of Service”
Click on the “Save” button.

Commission payout will be re-attempt on the end of the same month.

In situation where affected Brand Partner is unreachable after 3 attempts, commission will be credited back into the Young Living Brand Partner’s account, and Direct Deposit request will be cancelled.
