How To Use
Life 9
Directions: Take 1 capsule every night following a meal or as needed. For best results, take 1 capsule 8 hours after using Inner Defense™ softgels.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a health professional prior to use. If you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to excessive heat or direct sunlight. Tightly secure cap after use.

Directions: Take 2 softgels daily.
