Idaho Grand Fir Essential Oil

Also known as western white fir, Idaho grand fir is native to regions of Idaho and the Pacific Northwest, and it is the largest species of fir in the world, commonly reaching heights in excess of 200 feet. Traditionally used by Native Americans in these regions, today Idaho grand fir is a popular species of Christmas tree in the United States. Idaho Grand Fir essential oil has a grounding, evergreen aroma that can be used to enhance yoga or meditation when diffused or inhaled. Applied topically, it soothes skin and enhances massage following physical activity.
