How to Book a Training Room
You can book a training room for up to two hours at a time and up to three months in advance. Book a training room for FREE during business hours, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.–6 p.m., MT/ET!
Alberta bookings: For appointments during evenings or weekends, there is a $30 cost per appointment.
Ontario bookings: For appointments during evenings, there is a $30 cost per appointment. Weekend bookings are not available.

Please note, requesting a training room does not guarantee your reservation!** Watch for an email from the Customer Experience (CX) team at cxcanada@youngliving.com that will prompt you to confirm and complete your booking. You can expect to receive this email within two business days.

Select the location, time and date you would like to reserve a Training Room. Enter your contact and event information and click Schedule Event when complete.
Your booking is not confirmed yet! Watch for an email from cxcanada@youngliving.com that will prompt you to confirm and complete your booking. You can expect to receive this within two business days.
Please sign and submit the Training Room Agreement provided by the CX team. The Agreement must be signed and returned to Young Living Canada to confirm the booking. This process may take 1-2 business days.

- *Brand partners booking during an evening or weekend will be required to pay at the Experience Centre when they arrive for their appointment via the accepted payment method set up on their account (VISA, Mastercard, or VISA Debit).
- **To confirm the reservation, the brand partner account will be reviewed to ensure they are in good standing in accordance with Young Living policies and procedures. If a booking is approved, the organizing brand partner will receive an email containing a copy of the AEC or OEC Training Room Agreement. The agreement must be signed and returned to Young Living Canada to confirm the booking. This process may take 1–2 business days.
