Mix a ratio of 1 part lemon, 3 parts lavender, 6 parts vanilla and an ounce of neutral spirits or carrier oil for a decadent personal perfume that your friends will be asking for.
Make lavender a part of your nighttime routine by diffusing for 30 minutes before you drift away to dreamland.
Add a few drops to your favorite shampoo, or conditioner to support healthy hair and scalp!
Add lavender to your favorite moisturizer and soak in the floral energy after a day of soaking in the sun.
Add 4 drops of Lavender oil and 1 cup of Epsom salt to a bath and revel in the luxury of a spa experience at home.
Topical: Apply 2–4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
