In this workshop includes a 50-min practice of movements with essential oils; and 30-min of your experience sharing and Q&A. Please bring your own yoga mat or a big towel for your to lie down and sit on. Wear comfortable clothing.
Please bring the following oils to the workshop
1. Your choice of “relax and calm” oil
2. Abundance or Cedarwood
3. Orange or Inner child
4. Lemon or Transformation
5. Joy or Lavender
6. Valor or Deep Relief
7. Frankincense or Sacred Frankincense
Tammy is a yoga instructor with 500 hours of Hatha yoga training and 40 hours of AromaYoga training (developed by a YL member called Tracy Griffiths).
