Native to Indonesia, nutmeg is an evergreen tree cultivated for two spices derived from its fruit: nutmeg, from its seed, and mace, from the seed covering. Nutmeg has been prized since medieval times as a culinary flavoring and for use in herbal preparations. Nutmeg Vitality has a sweet and distinctly spicy taste that enhances the flavor of winter produce such as acorn squash, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin. Directions
Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of carrier oil. Put in a capsule and take up to 3 times daily or as needed.
