About

Gary’s True Grit® Einkorn Berries offer the whole einkorn kernel consisting of the bran, germ, and endosperm. These berries can be ground into traditional einkorn flour, cooked into a hot cereal or spring salad, and provide unique flavor and texture to new recipes and traditional favorites your whole family will love. Einkorn is the original “staff-of-life” grain and is one of the oldest varieties of grain known to man. Prized for its compatibility with the human body, einkorn has retained its simple, primitive genetic code with only 14 chromosomes–compared to hybridized modern grain's 42 chromosomes. Gary’s True Grit® Einkorn Berries are perfect for homes that support traditional farming practices, non-GMO crops, and foods free from artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives.
