Directions
Create your own CBD oil blend by adding 10-20 drops of the Lavender essential oil provided and/or your favorite essential oil straight to the bottle.
Add one dropper in your hand and add few drops of your favorite essential oil.
Combine one dropper with a few drops of Lavender essential oil and apply to the bottoms of your feet before bedtime.
Combine CBD Oil Base with a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Mix well and apply to the desired area.
