What is Subscribe to Save?

Subscribe to Save is Young Living’s monthly auto ship program that unlocks a 24% discount as long as there is an active subscription order. Being enrolled in Subscribe to Save makes you eligible to earn reward points and loyalty gifts through our Loyalty Rewards program.

How Do I Qualify For Discounts via Subscribe to Save?

Subscribe to at least one item, no matter the frequency, and unlocks a 24% discount off your subscription order, as well as on any future one-time purchases!

Discount is based on PV (point value) of items you’ve subscribed to. If you have already unlocked the 24 percent discount, you will retain that discount for 12 months from the date you were transitioned to the new website. At that point, you will need to enroll in Subscribe to Save or make a 100+ PV purchase to continue earning your discount.

Q. What is Subscribe to Save?

A. Subscribe to Save is Young Living’s monthly auto ship program that unlocks a 24 percent discount on all orders; as long as there is an *active subscription. *An active subscription means there is at least one item set to process via auto ship, no matter the frequency selected (every one, two, or three months)

Q. Is Subscribe to Save the same thing as Young Living’s previous Essential Rewards program?

A. Subscribe to Save has all the same benefits as our previous program—receive your favorite YL products each month via auto ship, while being eligible to earn reward points when you spend 50 PV or more on subscription- with a few added features, which are new to Subscribe to Save: • More flexibility to manage your subscriptions—you can change the frequency at which you’d like to receive certain products, the quantity of each product, the ability to skip a month on certain items that you may have enough of, and the ability to cancel and switch out items based on what you need.

Q. Do I have to purchase a business essentials kit to enroll in Subscribe to Save?

A. The purchase of a business essentials kit is not required to enroll in Subscribe to Save. Simply subscribe to products to unlock your discount, then place consecutive monthly subscription orders of 50+ PV (point value) to earn reward points through our loyalty rewards program.

Q. Do I have to be currently building a Young Living business to enroll in Subscribe to Save?

A. No! Customers and Brand Partners alike can enroll in Subscribe to Save by adding an item(s) to subscription at any time to unlock discounts and benefits.

Q. How do I qualify to unlock the 24 percent discount?

A. Subscribe to at least one item, no matter the frequency (every one, two, or three months), and you unlock 24 percent off your subscription order, as well as on any future one-time purchases!

Q. What if I have previously unlocked the 24 percent discount with Young Living?

A. If you have previously unlocked the 24 percent discount and currently have an active account, you will retain that discount for 12 months from the date you transitioned to the new website. At that point, you will need to enroll in Subscribe to Save or make a 100+ PV purchase to continue earning your discount. This applies to both customers and brand partners who have an active account and have previously unlocked the 24 percent discount.

Q. What if I have previously unlocked the 24 percent discount, but my account was inactive when the reclassification occurred?

A. All inactive accounts will not be grandfathered with the 24 percent discount and will have the same opportunity as a brand-new customer to unlock discounts when they Re-Connect.

Q. Do I need to place a subscription order every month to keep my discount?

No. You will still receive the 24 percent discount you’ve unlocked through Subscribe to Save on all orders, as long as you have an *active subscription. *An active subscription means there is at least one item set to process via auto ship, no matter the frequency selected (every one, two, or three months)

Q. What if I unlocked the 24 percent discount by enrolling in Subscribe to Save, but my order was over 100 PV? Any time you spend 100+ PV, regardless of whether you placed a subscription or shop order, you automatically unlock the 24 percent discount for a rolling 12 months. Q. Can I change the items in my subscription order and still receive all the benefits of the program?

A. Yes! You can change your items and/or the frequency you wish to receive them and still receive the discount you’ve unlocked on your subscription orders and all one-time shop orders!

Q. What if one of my subscription items is out of stock?

A. The item out of stock will not ship and you will not be charged for it. Additionally, you will receive an email five days before your process date notifying you that an item is out of stock so you can update your order before the process date.

Q. Can I make changes to my subscription order online?

A. Yes! You can edit your subscription items any time by clicking the Subscriptions tab in your account.

Q. Can I choose my own monthly process date for my subscription order?

A. Yes. Your process date will default to the date you placed your first subscription order, however, you can change that date in your Account under the Subscriptions tab. If the date you want is grayed out, that means that date is at full order capacity and you will need to choose a different available date.

Q. What time does my order process on my chosen date?

A. Your order will process at 12:01am on your process date. So you will need to make any changes to your subscription items the day before. The exception is for those who have a process date of the 1st. Their subscription order will process at 12:01am on the 2nd.

Q. If I want to cancel my subscription, can I do so online?

A. Yes. You can cancel individual items at any time by logging in to your account and clicking the Subscriptions tab. If you would like to cancel your entire subscription order, you can do so by calling into Customer Service or cancelling each item individually. Your subscription items must be set for the current month in order to cancel them individually. If you cancel your subscription order as a whole and have nothing set to process, you’ll lose access to your 24 percent discount and will forfeit all unused reward points.

Q. Is there a minimum dollar amount or PV (point value) required for my Subscribe to Save order?

A. No, there is not a minimum dollar amount or PV required for your Subscribe to Save order; however, just 50+ PV each month on subscription earns you reward points!

Q. How many reward points can I earn for my subscription order if I spend more than 50 PV?

A. You’ll receive reward points based on a percentage of the PV (point value) of your subscription order. The percentage you receive depends on how many consecutive months you have placed a 50+ PV subscription order. There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn in a month.

  • 1–3 consecutive months with a 50+ PV subscription order earns you 10 percent of your order PV back in reward points.

  • 4–24 consecutive months with a 50+ PV subscription order gets you 20 percent of your order PV back in reward points.

  • 25+ consecutive months with a 50+ PV subscription order gets you 25 percent of your order PV back in reward points.
