Young Living Welcomes Nikki Davis as New Global Head of Social Impact and Philanthropy

Young Living announces the return of Nikki Davis as Global Head of Social Impact and Philanthropy over The D. Gary Young, Young Living Foundation. With a passion for positive social impact and experience with international initiatives, Davis is poised to advance the company’s philanthropic mission and inspire its global efforts.

Lehi, Utah — Young Living, the world leader in essential oils, is excited to announce Nikki Davis as the new Global Head of Social Impact and Philanthropy and executive director of The D. Gary Young, Young Living Foundation. Davis brings a track record of passionate and visionary leadership, extensive experience in driving global social impact, and a profound commitment to changing the world for the better.

Most recently, Davis co-founded and managed a social enterprise in South Africa benefitting young girls rescued from human trafficking. She returns to Young Living with a wealth of knowledge about the social impact space as well as compassion for those affected by social ills. These qualities uniquely position her to further the Foundation’s vision to champion education, end exploitation, develop enterprise, and empower a rising generation. Davis previously led the Foundation from 2014–2017, when she left a legacy of dedicated leadership.

Prior to her work with Young Living, Davis served as an international corporate attorney at Utah’s largest law firm. There she played a crucial role in helping nonprofit organizations establish themselves and operate effectively on a global scale. Her legal expertise and deep sense of purpose have empowered many organizations to positively change countless lives.

Davis holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University and a law degree from Brigham Young University. Alongside her academic achievements, she’s also fluent in Japanese and speaks French, showcasing the global perspective and engagement with diverse communities that make her critical to advancing Young Living’s philanthropic mission.
