Additional Information for Your Special Day

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due upon reserving the date for your event. All packages and à la carte items must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event. If you need to cancel, a 30-day notice in writing is required. We accept credit cards or cash for all event deposits.

  1. Our business hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. We’re closed on Sundays and during public-facing events.

  2. No alcohol, smoking, or fireworks are permitted on the farm.

  3. Trash and litter must be cleared and disposed of before leaving the farm. Garbage receptacles will be placed throughout the farm.

  4. Kitchens, walk-in coolers, and event space must be cleaned before leaving the farm and checked by your assigned farm contact.

  5. Any accidents or property damage must be reported to your assigned farm contact. If they are unavailable, please reach out to Staci Olsen at 801-899-4966 or stolsen@youngliving.com.

  6. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.

  7. Dogs are allowed on park grounds but must remain on a leash while in the park. Owners will be responsible for retaining control at all times.

  8. The Young Living Visitors Center will stay open to the public during regular posted hours.

  9. Groups of 500 or more must have a permit; permitting fees will be applied.

Q. What types of events can I hold at the farm?

A. Our farm hosts weddings, company retreats, family parties, reunions, and more! We provide a beautiful, natural setting that is well outfitted for large or small groups and adaptable to a variety of occasions.

Q. Are there any event packages available?

A. Yes. To help accommodate the individual needs of your special event, we offer various affordable event packages. View the details of each package by clicking on the Event Packages and Pricing tab.

Q. What accommodations are available at the farm?

A. The farm has various areas to stage your event: gorgeous fields of lavender and other botanicals, a spacious gazebo, a medieval village inn, a show barn, and lots of beautiful, grassy lawns for your guests to enjoy. For seating and food preparations, we also have tables and chairs, kitchen access, and a walk-in cooler. Entertain guests of all ages with bounce houses, children’s medieval rides, a rock-climbing wall, and various concession amenities. With so many options, you’ll have plenty of ways to please your guests.

Q. Am I required to use vendors from Young Living’s preferred vendors list?

A. No. We offer our list of preferred vendors because we have found that they provide reliable, quality service. However, you may use any vendor of your choosing to provide food, flowers, and photography as needed at your event.

Q. Are there any other fees in addition to the event package price?

A. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due upon reserving a date for your event.

Q. Where is the farm located?

A. The Young Living Lavender Farm is located at 3700 N. Highway 91, Mona, UT 84645; between exit 233 northbound and exit 242 southbound of nearby I-15.

Q. Is parking available at the farm?

A. There is parking space for over 100 vehicles directly next to the farm. If additional parking is needed, please check with the Visitors Center manager for arrangements.

Q. What is the farm’s guest capacity?

A. Our farm can accommodate groups of fewer than 10 to more than 1,000 people. With multiple bathrooms, various hosting buildings, and grassy lawns, the farm can hold almost any size group.
