Announcement : CBDPSK to be temporarily discontinued
To our dearest Young Living Members,
Thank you as always for your kind and warm support to Young Living and Young Living products.
Today, we have to break sad news to you. As of 17:00 on Friday, June 26 in Japan time, Young Living will temporarily suspend the sales of Premium Starter Kit Nature’s Ultra CBD for the Japanese market.
We deeply regret that we had to make this decision as Nature’s Ultra’s Seed to Seal certified CBD distiller had decided not to use hemp’s stems as the only source to distill CBD oil but to use the other parts of the plant. In the Japanese market, CBD oil distilled from other parts of hemp than its stems, is considered to be not legally compliant.
The oil production efficiency played a major role when the distiller had come to this conclusion. While the demand for CBD has been dramatically climbing up in the United States, extracting CBD oil only from mature part of the stems of hemp has been getting to be considered as inefficient, in terms of oil yield as well as cost on the part of the distillers. Also, there’s been this trend that American CBD oil makers have been shifting their oil source in order to be more effective and to obtain much higher yields, in an effort to catch up with ever-increasing demand for CBD in the country.
Please be noted that Young Living has been pursuing other CBD distiller who can provide the oil that is compliant with the law in Japan and trying to ensure steady supply of CBD product for you at the soonest. Actually, our head office in Utah is currently in the process of selecting a right distiller for Japan by vigorously verifying it to see if it meets our high-quality standard, Seed to Seal.
We will inform you as soon as we’ll get capable of providing you with steady flow of CBD products again. The announcement will be made on our official blog, web page, mail magazine and others so please keep an eye on one of those communication outlets.
We would like to give our sincere apology to all of you for all the troubles that the product discontinuation may cause you.
＜Availability of Nature’s Ultra CBD Product Series ＞
Nature’s Ultra’s CBD products are available until their stocks run out. However, we’d like to place a limit on the quantity of a product that you can buy, starting from Wednesday, July 1. The purchase cap is placed for us to keep our CBD products available as long as possible for our current CBD oil users. The number of a CBD product that you can buy is one per product per month and this purchase limit will stay in place until further notice.
We highly appreciate your understanding and warm support.
