Dear Members,

There’s so much to be excited about at this time! It gives me great pleasure to be able to share so much good news with you!

It was an absolute honour to be part of ‘My Destiny’, our first ever Asia Pacific Regional Convention in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia this past weekend. The enthusiasm, energy and camaraderie of members, visitors and hosts at the convention was exhilarating! The event brought together more than 2000 members, who shared our mission to champion nature's living energy, essential oils, and inspire individuals to wellness, purpose, and abundance. Australian Silvers, Golds and Platinums were recognized for their achievements on stage and had the opportunity to learn from some of the best speakers that the industry has to offer.

Earlier this month, I felt privileged to, once again, learn so much from the world-renowned coach, Nicki Keohohou, on the Cruise Under the Stars trip for new Executives and new Silvers. It was certainly an enriching experience for me on a professional and personal level and a pleasure connecting with our up-and-coming Young Living leaders on the trip. So many of our Gold & Platinum Leaders who decided to attend (at their own expense) told me that the coaching Nicki provided was the best they had ever heard, and as a result, they feel empowered, knowing now what they must do to grow their business. Other leaders described the event as “life-changing”; high praise indeed! Please do read the recap of this wonderful time in the Events section of this e-News.

We are nearly at the tail end of our popular Commonwealth Games promotion, with just one more week to go for a chance to win tickets and $1000 towards your travel costs to the Commonwealth Games. It is great to see so many of you grow your teams and get your entries into this competition – well done! In this edition of Essential Business news our ‘Member Success Story’ features our YL Platinum member, Neena Love. Neena has been through an incredible life transformation since taking up the Young Living opportunity and you will certainly be intrigued by her phenomenal journey.

On 17th February, we celebrated Young Living Australia turning 19! I reminisce how far we’ve come since inception and I’m thankful to all our loyal and hard-working members for the growth we have enjoyed every year. Last year alone, we grew by a massive 34%, which is an incredible feat! At an age and a time where many network marketing companies see numbers plateau, decline or close the business, it’s a true testament to the products we represent and our commitment to bring Young Living Essential Oils to every home. Conversely, our 19th year has been our best year ever! Thank you for your support and hard work, which has truly made all the difference.

I can hardly contain my excitement for this weekend, as we launch Young Living New Zealand! I am so pleased that so many of you are making the effort to travel to Auckland for the grand opening and I very much look forward to seeing you there. It’s certainly going to be a memorable event and I can guarantee that this will be a great opportunity to learn and grow your business to new horizons.

    How has your life changed since you joined Young Living?

    Since joining Young Living, I no longer wear socks with holes in them for starters (laughs). In all seriousness it is probably easier to ask what has not changed since I joined Young Living. My entire life has changed over this last decade. So many things are different, I’m different.

    I have a new level of self-confidence and a whole new skill set and I set out each day to ensure that never stops growing. I have made life time friends and have travelled the globe to worldclass destinations with both my children. I am grateful each and every single day for the quality of life I enjoy.

    Update on Order Cancellation, New Product Guide, Price List & More

    IMPORTANT Update on Order Cancellation Requests

    Due to our ever-growing market and the exciting addition of our New Zealand market, starting March 1st 2018 the warehouse will no longer be able to cancel orders once they have been processed. Please be sure to update your Essential Rewards monthly orders prior to your processing dates to avoid disappointment.

    A few friendly reminders about your Essential Rewards monthly order:

    • The order will process at midnight on your appointed processing date – regardless of whether it is a business day, weekend or a public holiday.
    • If you remove all the items from your template and do not replace them or remove your payment details, the order will still process with the items from your previous order. So, if you do not want your order to process for that month, please call Member Services and we can assist you.
    • Please contact Member Services if you are not receiving your email notification that your Essential Rewards Order is due to be processed – this is normally sent 2-3 days prior to your processing date. Keep in mind this email may appear in your ‘Junk’ folder.
    • A 25% Restocking fee will apply to Essential Rewards orders that are being returned due to failure to update your template prior to your order processing date

    Please take note of our operationg hours leading up to our New Zealand launch weekend.

    Enhancements to the Retail Customer Experience

    Starting 1st March, we are introducing enhancements to the retail customer checkout experience that are part of a larger plan to update Young Living’s enrolment process. We are thrilled to announce that checkout process will be simplified, allowing customers to simply add items to their cart, create an account, and provide their shipping and billing information. Members will have the opportunity to more easily add retail customers to their team and get volume and retail earnings of 24 percent!
