The request should be submitted at least 2 weeks before the intended event date – YLPH Corp will approve and provide confirmation thru email or SMS.
• Gathering of attendees, minimum of 10, maximum of 20
• Preparing welcome gifts for attendees (optional)
• Raffle items (optional)
• Attendance logbook – for your monitoring of members, Member name, and ID – to be submitted to YLPH Corp for post-activity monitoring
• Preparing the display area (materials c/o Corp)
