- If needed, curl lashes to gently lift.
- Position wand horizontally at the base of lashes and move from base to tip, wiggling the wand side to side.
- Comb through lashes to remove any clumps and to close gaps.
Application
- Apply thin, even coats.
- Let each coat dry completely before applying another coat.
