Laurus Nobilis essential oil has a spicy scent that is relaxing and uplifting. Ancient Greeks used leaves of the laurel tree to crown their victors and scholars. Spiritually, in the Middle Ages the bay leaf tree was often planted in front of houses for protection, and to promote success.
