If I have a kit that contains a guaranteed-in-stock product in my Essential Rewards order, do I get ER points if that product goes out of stock?

No. The in-stock guarantee only applies to the listed item numbers.

If one of the guaranteed-in-stock items on my Essential Rewards order does go out of stock, how do I get my points?

In the unlikely event that one of these products goes out of stock, we will automatically add the points to your account at the end of the month.

If one of the guaranteed-in-stock products goes out of stock and is not already on my Essential Rewards order, can I then add it to receive the Essential Rewards points equal to the out-of-stock product?

No. The product must already be on your order at the time that it goes out of stock.

If a guaranteed-in-stock product on my Essential Rewards template goes out of stock, what happens to the PV on my Essential Rewards order?

Though our in-stock guarantee will allow qualifying Essential Rewards orders to receive Essential Rewards points equivalent to the out-of-stock product, those orders will not receive equivalent PV for out-of-stock products. To ensure that you will always reach your target PV for rank, bonus, and commission qualification, please visit the Essential Rewards tab of Virtual Office to use PV Assistant, a helpful tool that allows you to select backup products to help you reach your target monthly PV, even in the event that some of your Essential Rewards products go out of stock.
