Dr. Chad Goodman

Chiropractic Physician
Director, Global Training and Education

Dr. Chad Goodman was running a chiropractic practice with a particular focus in nutritional and holistic remedies. His wellness clinic offered a variety of treatment options for those seeking help with weight loss, natural hormone and digestive support, and peripheral neuropathy. Then, in 2016, Mary and Gary Young came into his clinic.
As they discussed health care, Gary’s mission and vision, and the impact Young Living makes in the world, Chad and the Youngs developed a quick kinship. As discussions progressed, Chad decided to sell his practice and join Young Living full-time. He now leads the Training and Education team.
Chad attended the University of Utah, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. He later attended the University of Western States to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic.

His favorite essential oil is Raven™; he also loves NingXia Red® and NingXia Nitro®.

Chad has been married to his wife, Marykaye, for 20 years. They have three daughters: Kaylee, 11; Mckenna, 10; and Ava, 8.

Carla Belliard-Rodriguez

Young Living Global Educator

Carla Belliard-Rodriguez was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. At age 16, she moved to Florida, where she completed her high school education and an associate degree in general psychology. In search of new horizons and new opportunities, she moved to Utah, where she enrolled in Brigham Young University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in food science with a minor in business administration. During the last year of her undergraduate degree, Carla had an internship at Young Living with the D. Gary Young Research Institute. Joining Young Living’s team helped her rediscover her passion for natural products, as she grew up using plants and their extracts in her daily life.

After Carla received her degree, she joined the YL family as a nutritional formulation scientist for Young Living’s D. Gary Young Research Institute. After learning what it takes to make the best products in the world, she wanted to share the knowledge she was acquiring with members, especially those who speak Spanish, to support the growth of those markets. After three years of learning and growing in her original position, Carla had the opportunity to join the Education and Training team as a global educator and trainer with a focus on Spanish-speaking markets—a proposition she could not resist.

Today, Carla is a global trainer and educator and supports English- and Spanish-speaking markets, sharing her expertise on nutritional products and essential oils to everyone eager to learn.

If you ask Carla what her favorite YL product is, she can’t choose just one! But if you ask her which products she uses every day, she would love to share how much she enjoys the benefits of taking a mix of NingXia Red® and MindWise™ in the early morning to get her ready for her long day, her daily sachet of Master Formula™ at lunch time to nurture her body with vitamins and minerals, Essentialzymes-4™ after lunch and dinner to support healthy digestion, and a capsule of Life 9™ to finish off her evening.*
