Haley Jensen has had a lifelong passion for health and wellness. During college she ran cross country and was nominated as her psychology department’s student of the year. She is a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and has experience as a personal trainer and a fitness instructor. Her background in wellness inspired her to organize Certified Peer Educator trainings, in which she trained students at Dixie State College to help other students coping with mental or emotional stress.
Haley believes that natural, healthy behavioral choices are the key to optimal health and will improve quality of life. She loves motivating and encouraging others and believes that when natural health and well-being are fun and enjoyable, they will become a permanent lifestyle change.
Brittany LaMay has a passion for wellness in every aspect of life: physical, emotional, and spiritual. She loves being in nature and firmly believes that Young Living’s products can enhance overall wellness for anyone—even that of four-legged friends!
Brittany graduated from the University of the Pacific in central California with both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication. She is deeply passionate about teaching and sharing with others how to obtain optimal health through a well-rounded approach. Health and athletics have been important to Brittany from an early age, and she learned through competitive swimming how what we put into our bodies can affect our physical and emotional success.In her free time, she enjoys meditation, hiking, and laughing and believes that with gratitude in all things, one’s life can be full and blissful.
Haley Zitting is an avid athlete and lifelong sports fan whose constant pursuit of a healthy lifestyle now inspires her to teach others how to obtain their own. Her passion for athletic competition has been a driving force throughout her life and has taught her the value of hard work and determination. She has also learned the importance of being proactive in taking care of her body.
Haley now seeks opportunities to share the benefits of good health with others. She believes the keys to optimum health are simple: a balanced diet; regular physical activity; and a natural, holistic approach to health and healing.
