IT Project Manager

Young Living is looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Project Manager to lead business-critical IT development projects.
Lead IT development teams and interface with business and end users in the development of software and other IT solutions
Manage the execution of projects from planning through delivery, including project team management, resource management, budget planning and tracking, scheduling, project performance, and overall delivery quality
Effectively manage project constraints, which include, but are not limited to, time, cost, profile, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction
Manage all communication related to a project both within the project team as well as with the business

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create and execute project work plans and revise to changing needs and requirements
Identify resources needed; assign and track individual responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and their scopes
Minimize exposure and risk of projects
Ensure project documents are complete, current, organized, and stored appropriately
Ensure assigned projects are on-profile, on-time, and on-cost and communicate any deviations to the customer(s)/stake-holder(s)
Manage project financial lifecycle, including estimates, status reporting, revenue forecasts, invoicing, etc.
Responsible for internal resource management


Impeccable organizational skills; strong attention to detail and follow through
Experience managing multiple projects against rigid schedules
Diplomacy, creative problem solving, ability to manage customer expectations
Experience coordinating and facilitating meetings
Ability to work across teams, groups, and functions and to build strong relationships
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Positive, enthusiastic attitude
Experience with AtTask PPM software a plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and related applications such as MS Project, Visio
Project Management Certification from a well-known and respected organization a plus but not required

Computer Skills

Demonstrate expertise with Microsoft products and other applicable software or applications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field
3-5 years of IT project management experience or similar technical development (Web, digital, interactive)

Employee may work in an office setting. The individual must be able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
Employee may work in Warehouse environment, needing to wear sweatshirt or specific OSHA safety gear.
Employee may work in Farm setting fixing computers.
