Global Trainer

Department:Global Training
Reports To:Director of Global Training and U.S. Sales


Help improve customer and distributor acquisition, retention, and development efforts through coordinating, implementing, and executing global training programs and activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude the following (other duties may be assigned):
Professionally perform and/or facilitate live or broadcast training or communication activities and events
Assist in promoting, coordinating, scheduling, and logistically preparing training and communication activities as assigned
Be able to travel frequently to specific regions of the U.S. and Canada and occasionally internationally to support events, host meetings, and conduct training and education seminars on any and all aspects of the Young Living opportunity
Must be able to assist in developing and managing training materials, sales tools, resources, and relationships
May participate in formulating, developing, and executing marketing campaigns
Monitor the latest promotional items and sales tools to remain competitive within the industry
Support company-sponsored events as directed
Maintain professionalism at all times when representing the company

Computer Skills

Knowledge of Internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software
Must be proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and have the ability to create well-structured and visually appealing presentations

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Direct sales and/or MLM experience preferred
An understanding and passion for natural wellness and products; i.e., essential oils, supplements, nutritional products, and philosophies is a must

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. The individual must be able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
