"I train my body hard. With big goals on the horizon I can’t afford to be sidelined with injury or fatigue. My muscles love the relief they get from Pan Away- keeps me on track to achieving my goals. I’ve used RC since 1995 and it’s a staple oil I use with racing, recovery, and my kids. Life would be different without it. Nothing opens my lungs quite like RC."
James, otherwise known as The Iron Cowboy, was born in Calgary, Alberta. At the age of 28, his wife challenged him to do a 4-mile fun run that he struggled to finish. His wife then signed him up for a marathon, and the rest is history. He dominates endurance events and has completed many back-to-back Ironman distance races. (This consists of a 2.4 mile swim, 112-mile bike, and a 26.2 mile run!) James also somehow finds time to raise awareness and money for causes close to his heart, such as the Quiet Way, bringing clean water to people in Africa. He is a personal trainer and a very inspirational role model for discovering the greatness within.

"Each sled dog paw takes over 3 million steps on the Iditarod Race. I like Melaleuca Alternifolia applied to their feet daily to keep them in good shape. Thieves is my favorite. I like the Thieves Hard Lozenges and the oil applied to my parka ruff where I can enjoy the scent all winter."
Mitch Seavey moved with his family to Alaska in 1963 and began mushing with his father that same year. Mitch’s father ran the very first Iditarod in 1973 and was a founder of Alaska’s Last Great Race. Mitch competed in his first Iditarod in 1982 at the age of 22, then turned his attention to raising four sons with his wife, Janine. In 1995 Mitch returned to the Iditarod, becoming the first and only living musher in 75 years to complete the entire Iditarod trail from Seward to Nome. He has competed in every Iditarod since.
Mitch has worked hard to be an innovator in every aspect of the sport, and he is one of the most competitive mushers on the trail. Mitch won the Iditarod in 2004, was the winner of the All Alaska Sweepstakes in 2008, and became the Iditarod’s oldest musher ever to win at the age of 53 in 2013. At the 2017 Iditarod, Mitch not only broke his own record of oldest winning musher when he finished in first place at the age of 57, but he also broke the world record by finishing the race eight hours faster than the previous record holder.
