Tia Mowry-Hardrict is a multi-talented actress, producer, author, and one of social media’s most prominent influencers, with over 12 million followers across all social platforms. She has been in the public eye for over 20 years, gaining initial fame and becoming a ‘90s pop culture icon in her teens, starring opposite her twin sister, Tamera, in the hit comedy Sister, Sister from Paramount Television.

Most recently, Tia has partnered with KIN on a YouTube channel titled “Tia Mowry’s Quick Fix.” The digital brand includes a 20-episode series and social amplification across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat. It is KIN’s fastest-growing channel to date, reaching 1.6 million followers on all platforms in just under a year.
In March 2017, she released her first cookbook—the Amazon No. 1 seller Whole New You, by Random House Publishing Group—and she recently wrapped up season three on her Cooking Channel series, Tia Mowry at Home, where she also served as Executive Producer.

Tia rose to fame with a six-year run on the successful hit series Sister, Sister. She won two NAACP Image Awards for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series and three Kids’ Choice Awards for Favorite Television Actress. She was also nominated for three Young Artist Awards for Best Performance by a Young Actress in 1995, 1996, and 1997 for her work on the show. In 1999 Tia wrapped production on the show and obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the prestigious Pepperdine University in Southern California.

From 2000-2006 Tia made appearances in various projects, including starring with her sister in the Disney Channel’s highly rated original movie Twitches in 2005 and again in Twitches Too two years later. Off camera, she voiced the character of Sasha on the animated series Bratz. In 2006 Tia landed the role of Melanie Barnett, a medical-student-turned-wife of pro football player Derwin Davis, played by Pooch Hall, on The Game. A fan favorite, the comedy series chronicled the lives of women involved with players of a fictional San Diego pro football team. Her work on The Game landed her two more NAACP Image Award nominations for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series.

The Game
aired for three seasons on the CW before its finale in 2009. Less than two years later, due to popular demand, BET picked up the series, giving it new life, and aired season four in the winter of 2011. It was an overwhelming success for the network, ranking as the No. 1 ad-supported scripted series premiere in cable history and debuting to an audience of 7.7 million viewers in January 2011. In January 2012 The Game returned to television once again, pulling in 5.3 million viewers and making it cable’s No. 1 scripted series telecast among ages 18-49. Tia also starred with her sister in Double Wedding, an original film for the Lifetime Movie Network in June 2010, where she also served as executive producer. In 2013 Tia appeared in the Fox Searchlight feature film Baggage Claim opposite Paula Patton and Trey Songz.

In summer 2011 Tia and Tamera entertained audiences once again in their self-titled STYLE Network series Tia and Tamera,where she served as executive producer. That year the show set record ratings for the network as the most-watched series launch in their history. Throughout 2012 and 2013, Tia secured her sixth NAACP Image Award nomination for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series for her work on The Game, a People’s Choice Award nomination for Favorite TV Celeb Reality Star, and two Teen Choice Award nominations for Choice TV: Female Reality/Variety Star.

From 2013–2015, Tia served as Executive Producer and starred in the Nickelodeon/TV Land comedy series Instant Mom. She starred as Stephanie Phillips, a food blogger and party girl who becomes a stepmother of three children alongside her husband, Charlie, played by Michael Boatman. The series produced the time block's best debut ratings in the channel's history.

In 2012 Tia released her debut book, Oh Baby! Pregnancy Tales and Advice from One Hot Mama to Another, through Penguin Books, which quickly became a national bestseller. In the summer of 2016, Tia and Tamara released their second book, Twintuition, a series of books for middle-grade school children published by Harper Collins Children’s Books.

When not acting, Tia spends time working with several charities, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Partnership for a Healthier America, the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, and the Elizabeth Glazer Pediatric AIDS Foundation. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, actor Cory Hardrict, and their two kids.

Alexa PenaVega rose to stardom in 2001 with her role as Carmen Cortez in Spy Kids, including the most recent installment, Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World, alongside Jessica Alba and Antonio Banderas.

Alexa is featured in Robert Rodriquez’s action sequel Machete Kills as the sexy but deadly assassin, Kill Joy; she also stars opposite Abigail Breslin in the dark thriller Wicked Blood, released in March 2017. Alexa guest starred on the CW’s hit action series The Tomorrow People opposite Robbie Amell in a multi-episode arc as Hillary, Robbie’s opponent and love interest. She has also guest starred on the ABC hit drama series Nashville opposite Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere. Alexa spent a successful season starring on ABC’s hit dancing competition series Dancing with the Stars alongside her husband, Carlos PenaVega.

Alexa also starred in From Prada to Nada, for which she won a 2011 Alma Award for Favorite Film Actress in a Comedy, a 2011 MTV Movie Award for Favorite Latino Actor, and a 2011 Imagen Award nomination. Alexa acted on Broadway in the Tony Award-winning show Hairspray. She also featured in the rock musical movie Repo! The Genetic Opera. Alexa has appeared in the films Twister,Little Giants, Nine Months, Ghosts of Mississippi, Deep End of the Ocean, Sleepover, State’s Evidence, Walkout, and Remember the Daze. Her television credits include Ladies’ Man, ER, Chicago Hope, and her leading roles in the Lifetime feature Odd Girl Out and ABC’s Ruby & The Rockits.

Alexa and her husband Carlos recently partnered with Global Roads Entertainment to develop two original television series, as well as a new Mystery Wheel for the Hallmark Movies and Mysteries series.

Alexa and Carlos also recently announced the birth of their first child.

Carlos PenaVega, named one of Variety magazine’s “10 Latinos to Watch” in 2016, shot to fame after starring in Nickelodeon’s musical comedy Big Time Rush as Carlos Garcia. Carlos and his fellow castmates became overnight sensations and subsequently embarked on concert tours around the globe.

Carlos also starred as Oscar Vasquez in the Lions gate Films/Pantelion Films feature Spare Parts alongside George Lopez and Marisa Tomei, under director Sean McNamara. The film is based on the inspirational true story of four undocumented Mexican-American high school students who form a robotics club and defeat MIT in the National Underwater Robotics Competition.

Carlos became a breakout star and fan favorite while competing on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars and recently starred in Fox’s highly anticipated live television remake of the classic American Musical Grease: Live! as Kenickie opposite Julianne Hough and Vanessa Hudgens.

Additionally, Carlos starred in Nickelodeon's Ryan Seacrest-backed competition series Webheads. In 2011, Carlos starred alongside Kate Bosworth, Juno Temple, Kay Panabaker and, and Kyle Gallner in in the indie drama Little Birds. Thanks to his past experience studying musical theater at the Boston Conservatory, Carlos recently released two singles in Spanglish, titled “Electrico and “Bésame, the first of which charted in the top 10 on the Latin iTunes songs charts.

Carlos shares a YouTube page called “Lex Loves Los” with fellow actor and wife, Alexa PenaVega. The couple recently announced the birth of their first child. Currently, Carlos and Alexa have teamed up with Global Road Entertainment to develop two new TV series: a hybrid comedy variety series called Lex & Los, in which they will star as fictional versions of themselves, and La Vida, a musical drama that follows an illegal street fighter.

Bryan Clay is an Olympic athlete from the United States who competed in the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, where he took the Silver medal in the decathlon behind fellow brand ambassador Roman Šebrle. Bryan again qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where he took Gold and was crowned the World’s Greatest Athlete.

In addition to his success in the Olympics, Bryan is also a four-time U.S. National Champion and a three-time World Champion. James, otherwise known as The Iron Cowboy, was born in Calgary, Alberta. At the age of 28, his wife challenged him to do a 4-mile fun run that he struggled to finish. His wife then signed him up for a marathon, and the rest is history.

He dominates endurance events and has completed many back-to-back Ironman distance races. (This consists of a 2.4 mile swim, 112-mile bike, and a 26.2 mile run!) Originally trained as a chemist and then a clinical pharmacist, she now crafts memorable, relatable science stories about products she loves, especially Young Living products! She obtained her undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of Alabama Birmingham and a doctorate in pharmacy from the University of California San Francisco. Dr. Elmore is also a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist.

Prior to joining our group of Brand Ambassadors, Dr. Elmore served as Director of Education for Young Living and gained an in-depth knowledge of Young Living’s essential oils and supplements, speaking about natural products, healthy eating, and integrative therapies on five continents.

In her spare time, Dr. Elmore enjoys gardening, singing, dancing, and watching her brother play professional baseball. Her favorite oils are InTouch™ from the Reconnect Collection and Peppermint Vitality.
