Silver Bound will begin at 12 midnight, PHT, on April 1. Silver Bound is a simpler and more achievable program that gives business builders through Executive rank the opportunity to earn cash bonuses for building their businesses with a sustainable stucture.* It also offers big upgrades in terms of simplicity, total payout, and the number of people who can potentially qualify. Enjoy a one-time cash payout when you meet the time, leg, and Organization Group Volume (OGV) requirements at any of the featured ranks.

HERE’S A MORE DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF THE QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SILVER BOUND BONUS PROGRAM:
Silver Bound Star Bonus:
Prequalifying Rank: Distributor
Qualification Period: Two (2) calendar months, excluding the month a Distributor enrolls in Young Living for the first time
Leg Requirement: Two (2) legs at 200 OGV each
OGV Requirement: 500 total OGV
Reward: One-time bonus of $50 USD
Silver Bound Senior Star Bonus:
Prequalifying Rank: Star
Qualification Period: Three (3) calendar months from the month in which a member qualified as a Star for the first time
Leg Requirement: Two (2) legs at 500 OGV each
OGV Requirement: 2,000 total OGV
Reward: One-time bonus of $250 USD
Silver Bound Executive Bonus:
Prequalifying Rank: Senior Star
Qualification Period: Three (3) calendar months from the month in which a member qualified as a Senior Star for the first time
Leg Requirement: One (1) additional leg at 500 OGV (additional leg is on top of the two legs of 1,000 OGV each required to hit Executive under the Compensation Plan
OGV Requirement: 4,000 total OGV
Reward: One-time bonus of $500 USD
Silver Bound Silver Bonus:
Prequalifying Rank: Executive
Qualification Period: Four (4) calendar months from the month in which a member qualified as an Executive for the first time
Leg Requirement: One (1) additional leg of 1,000 OGV (additional leg is on top of the two legs of 4,000 OGV each required to hit Silver under the compensation plan)
OGV Requirement: 10,000 total OGV
Reward: One-time bonus of $1,500 USD
Silver Bound examples
The following are some of the typical Silver Bound scenarios that members might come across or have questions about:
Example 1: Carol enrolls as a distributor in Young Living on May 18, 2020. She will have all of June and July to meet the Silver Bound Star bonus requirement and earn the $50 bonus.
Example 2: Mike hits Senior Star for the first time in April 2020, then falls to Star in May 2020. He has three calendar months from when he first hit Senior Star to qualify for the Silver Bound Executive bonus—or May, June, and July in this case. Falling back to Star during the three-month qualification period to earn Silver Bound Executive bonus does not impact the timing or other requirements to earn the $500 bonus.
Example 3: Marie enrolls as a new distributor in April 2020 and reaches the rank of Silver in June 2020, all per the Silver Bound bonus requirements. Marie will receive each of the Silver Bound rank bonuses in this instance ($50, $250, $500, and $1,500).
First-time ranking Distributors, Stars, Senior Stars, and Executives are eligible to participate. Remember, if you have previously achieved a higher rank within the bonus, you will only be able to achieve bonuses beginning at your highest achieved level. You will also need to earn that next bonus within the required time period.
**Rewards will not be backdated for any members who meet the milestones for Silver Bound prior to April 1.
**The next rank must be achieved by 12 midnight, PHT, on the last day of the qualifying month.
