Important update: Revised hours for Member Services and Sydney Experience Centre

Why is this happening?
Much has changed since March 2020. Life has returned to ‘normal’ but... it is a 'new normal', with a different pace and different patterns. Nowhere is this more obvious than within our Member Services area. We are experiencing a considerable increase in demand for Member Services between the hours of 9am-5pm (peaking between 11am-2pm) and little, even no demand on some days, between the hours of 8am-9am and 5pm-6pm. Therefore, to optimise the availability and efficiency of staff, we have reallocated our resources to better service you. While this may slightly inconvenience one or two, it’s clear that it will greatly benefit the overall majority of our brand partners.

  • Monday to Friday: 9am-6pm AEDT/ 11am-8pm NZDT

  • Friday 9 December: 11am-5pm NZDT
  • Monday 12 December: Phone & Chat CLOSED from 12midday-1pm AEDT/2pm-3pm NZDT
  • Tuesday 13 December: Phone & Chat lines closed for Team Training from 2pm-4:30pm NZDT
  • Friday 16 December: 12midday-6pm NZDT
