1. Promotion is valid from 23 October 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., while stocks last.
2. Offer available for Young Living Malaysia Members during the promotion period only.
3. Offer available on Standard Order (SO) purchases only. No top-ups allowed.
4. Offer does not apply to Essential Rewards points redemption orders.
5. Limited to three (3) bottles per item per member’s account.
6. Order through ONLINE (Virtual Office) by DELIVERY only.
- Walk-into Will Call/email/phone ordering options are not available
- Pick-up and collection from Will Call are not available
7. Young Living Malaysia reserves the right to substitute any product with another of similar value if it becomes unavailable or to end the promotion at the company’s sole discretion.

Q1: Where can I see the list of products on Virtual Office?

Q2: Can I walk in to place an order at the Will Call (YL office)?
A: No. This promotion is only available via Online ordering at Virtual Office
Q3: Can I email or call Member Services (MS) to place an order?
A: No. This promotion is only available via Online ordering at Virtual Office
Q4: Can I order Online at Virtual Office and collect my order at the Will Call (YL Office)?
A: No. All orders placed for this promotion must be shipped as we would like to ensure that member’s experience is not being compromised during special promotion period.
Q5: Can I place multiple orders online and ship to the same address with only 1-time delivery charge?
A: Delivery charges is applicable for each order placed. We recommend that you consolidate your orders according to the promotion limit of three (3) bottles per item per member’s account.
Q6: Can I change my address after I placed my orders through VO?
A: No. For us to expedite the deliveries, address changes after the orders has been processed is not allowed.
Q7: Do I have to pay for the shipping fee?
A: Yes, shipping charges of RM20-RM30 for Standard Order applies.
Q8: I purchased 2 bottles per item and the total PV is 245.2. Can I order up to 250PV to be entitled for October month’s 250PV promotion?
A: Yes, you will still be entitled for the monthly PV promotion provided it is in the same order and meeting the PV Promotion requirements.
Q9: What happened?
- I tried to place an Online order (thru Virtual Office), but I’m not able to continue with payment. What happened?
- I’m not able to add product to cart. What happened?
- I don’t see the promotional item online. What happened?

A: All the list of promotion items is located Virtual Office > Standard Order > Limited Release Promo > Fall in Love Promotion tab. If you are not able to view/place an order, we recommend that you do the following: -

Step 1: Refresh your site. If you still do not see the item, please proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Clear Cache.
To clear cache in Chrome
1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More.
3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
6. Click Clear data.

If you use Firefox or another browser, check its support site for instructions.

Note: If after clearing cache and you are still unable to proceed with your order, we recommend that you revisit your shopping cart as one of the items is potentially out of stocks and the system have not sync yet.
Payment Related
Q1: What if my payment goes to batch 103?
A: Order under batch 103 will be promptly validated during the promotion period. Products will be reserved and delivered once payment is successful. If payment is unsuccessful after system sync, the order will be cancelled. You will be received a payment failure notification from your bank. Please ensure the order is reprocessed in the same day to be eligible for the promotion.
