Senior Event Executive

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Executive of Events is responsible to handle all Sales and Marketing related events of the Company. The Incumbent is required to lead all events from the initial planning stages through to the execution of all Marketing and Sales (virtual or stage events) namely, Product Launching Events, Product Campaigns, Anniversaries, Recognition & Training events. Besides that, it is crucial for the individual to execute creative ways to incorporate all Sales and Marketing programs/promotions into the event planning with cost saving measures in mind.

The Senior Executive must work closely with the HODs as well as the Country Manager in the conceptualization, organization, and realization of all major events such as Convention, Leadership Training, Leadership Celebration, business trainings and incentive trips programs. On such major events, the incumbent will be appointed as the lead to ensure that the event is executed smoothly by managing the distribution of tasks to staff from all departments, discussion of the event flow and specifications with the event vendors, planning of event agenda, review presentation contents and other required miscellaneous tasks.

Essential duties & responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Coordinator – Being involved in the planning stages through to the execution of all Marketing and Sales virtual or stage events namely, Product Launching Events, Product Campaigns, Anniversaries, Recognition & Training events.
Planner - Responsible in mapping the creative concepts in all Sales and Marketing events as well as working closely with Marketing on promotions to increase real events attendees’ rate, promo packages, new enrollments, engagement, and brand awareness.
Data Gatekeeper – Responsible to handle and ensure that all member records are kept and managed well in the internal data bank, especially for monthly rank advancements, program and campaign qualifiers, registration lists for events, attendance lists.
Event Lead – On any major events, the incumbent will be appointed as the lead to ensure that the event is executed smoothly by managing the distribution of tasks to staff from all departments, discussion of the event flow and specifications with the event vendors, planning of event agenda, review presentation contents and other required miscellaneous tasks.
Budget Management - Managing all events budget and always seek various creative techniques to meet and support budget for events.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree in any field.
Preferably at least 5 years of working experience in a direct selling field or executives specializing in administrative support or equivalent.
Good communication (both written and spoken) & interpersonal skills.
