The Three Goals
1. Business Engagement Goal

3. Team Management Goal

1. Business Engagement Goal
Business engagement is measured by various activities which show your active engagement with Young Living. During the qualification period, your business engagement goal is 1) to complete the Action Plan (in the first month) and the weekly goals, and 2) to schedule and attend monthly check-ins throughout the duration of the qualification period. The Action Plan must be set up at the beginning of the qualification period and maintained each month with our YL Coach.
2. Personal Productivity Goal
Personal Productivity Goal measures the in-market OGV growth in one’s organization (excluding volume from Gold+ legs). The total qualifying OGV during the qualification period is compared to the sum of the qualifying OGV between March and August 2018 (“Baseline OGV”). The calculation is generated by computer system and can be accessed by YL Coach.
