About the Program
1. What is the objective of the program?
The objective of the program is to support YL business builders who are ready for the next level to develop leadership and team management skills in order to drive business growth towards the next rank.
2. What are the learning outcomes?
Participants will acquire soft skills in leadership as well as engage in effective activities to generate business growth. Participants will understand their own organization structure and how to drive organization towards the next rank. Participants will perform consistent and strategic activities to achieve preset goals. Participants will also learn how to set goals and conduct progress check with own team.
3. What does the program consist of?
This is a 6-month program that allow business builders to be engaged in the Young Living business, drive towards personal goals and develop leadership skills under the guidance and support of the local Young Living Sales Team. Participants will have access to one-on-one consultations, follow-up phone calls/emails, progress checking sessions in additional to exclusive online and in-person training and VIP events.
4. Who can participate?
This program is designed for YL business builder who was paid as Silver and above and is in good standing with Young Living any month between March to August 2018. Participating market includes Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia,
the Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan.
5. Is there any prerequisite to participating in the program?
No prerequisite is required. We are recruiting YL business builder in the participating markets who was paid as Silver and above at least one time between January to August 2018. Participant should be prepared to develop a framework for business development and are committed to goal setting and action plan.
6. How long is the program?
The program will last for 6 months, from 1 October 2018 - 31 March 2019.
7. What will I get upon completion of the program?
Participants will acquire soft skills in leadership as well as engage in effective activities to generate business growth. Participants who are able to complete the program and achieve preset goals (in the area of engagement, personal productivity and team management) during the qualification period will be awarded with an all-expense paid Peak Performers Incentive Trip (for 4 people). This trip includes a visit to Disneyland in California, an exclusive Leadership Training by the Disney Institute as well as a visit to Young Living’s Mona Farm and Spanish Fork Distribution Centre. 8. What am I required to do during the 6-month program?
You will attend a one-on-one goal-setting session with our YL Coach at the start of the program. During the session, the YL coach will help you set your short-term and long-term goals, including the 3 preset goals in the area of engagement, personal productivity and team management. These are the 3 goals you need to achieve in order to be rewarded with the Peak Performers Incentive Trip. Our YL Coach will set milestones with you along the way as well as to follow up with you by phone or email before the next progress-check appointment where you will discuss action items or adjust milestones accordingly. You will also attend scheduled online training or Mastermind seminars on various topics including leadership development and team management.
9. What is a YL Coach?
A YL Coach is a YL employee from our Sales Team in your local market who will be working closely with you in the next 6 months in every step of the way to address your needs and keep you on path to focus, to enhance your self-confidence and motivation as you progress towards your goals and business advancement.
10. Do I need to attend classes at YL Leadership Academy?
There are no scheduled classes at a physical location. There will be regular online training and seminars about personal development and leadership management offered to participants, in additional to one-on-one sessions.
11. Can I join and drop out anytime?
“Class of 2019” is the first intake. The program starts 1 October and allows you to work closely with our YL Coach for the next 6 months. You are encouraged to work with our YL Coach on an ongoing basis to achieve significant results. You may withdraw from the program at anything with no penalty. We have not determined the date the for the next intake.
12. If I am unable to join this October intake, when is the next intake?
“Class of 2019” is the first intake. This program starting on 1 October is the first time we offer this program. We will evaluate the results and determine the date the for the next intake.

13. How do I sign up?
Register here on or before 17 September 2018. Limited seats available.
14. What to expect after signing up?
One of our YL coach will contact you by phone/email to set up an appointment for the first one-on-one session. Please make yourself available for a 1-hour meeting between late September and early October.

About the Qualification Period
16. Who are qualified for the Peak Performers Incentive Trip (the “Prize”)?
YL Leadership Academy Program participants who are able to complete the program and achieve preset goals (in the area of engagement, personal productivity and team management) during the qualification period will be awarded with an all-expense paid Peak Performers Incentive Trip (for 4 people). This trip includes a visit to Disneyland in California, an exclusive Leadership Training by the Disney Institute as well as a visit to Young Living’s Mona Farm and Spanish Fork Distribution Centre. 17. When is the qualification period?
The qualification period is from 1 October 2018 to 31 March 2019.
18. What is the Baseline OGV?
The Baseline OGV is the sum of OGV from 1 March 2018 to 31 August 2018, excluding out-of-market OGV and any Gold leg volume in the organization. It is used to measure the OGV Growth during the qualification period. Our YL Coach is happy to provide you with the data at the one-on-one sessions.
19. Do I need to advance in rank to qualify for the Peak Performers Incentive Trip (the “Prize”)?
Rank advancement is not a requirement for the Peak Performers Incentive Trip. However, participants are required to maintain or advance from their paid rank as of 31 August 2018 (=Baseline rank).
20. How do I keep track of my progress?
Our YL Coach will meet with you monthly to review your progress and milestones. Adjustments may be made along the way to help you achieve your goals.
About the Peak Performers Incentive Trip
21. When will the Peak Performers Incentive Trip take place?
The Peak Performers Incentive Trip is expected to take place from 11-17 July 2019. You will leave your home country on 11 July, attend a mandatory Leadership Training by Disney Institute on 12 July (TBC), visit Mona Farm and YL Distribution Centre on 16 July. You can choose to stay for International Grand Convention (17-20 July ) at your own expense or return home on 17 July 2019. The travel itinerary is subject to change without notice.
22. What is included if I earn a Peak Performers Incentive Trip (the “Prize”)?
Each Qualifier will be awarded with a Peak Performers Incentive Trip for Four to Disneyland in California for Leadership Training by the Disney Institute as well as a Visit to Young Living’s Mona Farm and Distribution Centre. This reward consists of return economy airfare for 2 adults and 2 children from the home country to Los Angeles and Salt Lake City, accommodation for 6 nights, 1-day Disney Leadership Training for the Qualifier, 2-day Disney Passes for 2 adults and 2 children, Mona Farm and Spanish Fork Distribution Centre Visit as well as ground transportation.

Child is defined as child between age 2 and age 10 on the first date of travel. You may choose to pay the price difference to change the guest to child above aged 10 or an adult companion. Adult companion (age 18+) can join the exclusive Disney Leadership Training at additional cost. Children under age 18 is not allowed at the Leadership Training (Kids Camp detail will be provided at a later stage).
23. Do I arrange my flights and accommodation?
Travel arrangements for qualifiers will be arranged through Young Living’s preferred travel agent(s). If qualifiers wish to arrange their own air travel and submit reimbursement, they must first email events.my@youngliving.com to get a reimbursement quote and approval. If participants purchase their own airline tickets without prior approval from Young Living, they will be ineligible for reimbursement. A participant’s failure to respond to emails and phone calls from Young Living or our travel agent within 24 hours could result in a forfeit of the airfare portion or additional portion of the prize. All flight arrangements associated with the prizes, once ticketed, are final; and winning participants are responsible for all fees associated with changing travel in any way. Airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Young Living.
24. Can I arrive early or extend my trip?
If qualifier and/or their guests choose to extend their trip outside of the event dates, they may do so at their own cost. Young Living will not cover additional expenses for early arrivals or late departures that are not approved through the Young Living Events team.
25. Will Young Living pay for my transportation to and from the airport?
Travel costs incurred between a qualifier's home and the airport are at the qualifier's expense.
26. Will Young Living pay for my baggage fees?
Luggage fees and other expenses are solely the responsibility of the qualifer.
27. When will the winning qualifiers be notified that they qualified for the Peak Performers Incentive Trip (the “Prize”)?
Results will be announced around 20 April 2019. Reward registration will open around 22-26 April. Qualifiers who failed to register or claim the reward during the reward registration period is assumed to forfeit the reward. If a qualifier declines the trip, they will no longer qualify for any Prize and Young Living reserves the right to determine how that Prize is used.
28. Can qualifiers transfer the Peak Performers Incentive Trip to another person?
Qualifiers cannot transfer the earned Peak Performers Incentive Trip to another person. The qualifier must travel with their travel companions. If a qualifier does not accept or declines the trip, they will no longer qualify for any Prize and Young Living reserves the right to determine how that Prize is used.
29. What if I have already purchased flights to attend International Grand Convention myself and then win a free Peak Performers Incentive Trip (the “Prize”) to US?
If you have already purchased flight tickets, you can work with your local Events Team and/or travel agency to seek the best alternative to your existing itinerary. This may or may not include full reimbursement. Young Living will not pay for penalty fees incurred due to change of flight time or destination. Receive a full refund of that cabin and claim the cabin that is awarded to you through the promotion. If you choose to keep both, you will be responsible for the full amount of the cabin you originally purchased.
30. Do I need to apply for a US visa?
Visa application is solely the responsibility of the qualifier. If a visa is required, please contact your local Events Team for an invitation letter. Young Living is not responsible for compensation if a visa is declined. You can check https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/tourism-visit/visitor.html to find out if you require a US Visa or not.
31. Is there any way to bring more guests on the Peak Performers Incentive Trip with me?
The Prize include a trip for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 2-10). If qualifiers would like to bring more guests on the trip with them, they may do so at their own cost. Winners are also responsible for flight, ground transportation and other expenses for additional guests. If qualifiers wish to notify us about additional guests, they may do so during registration once qualifiers have been announced and contacted. Additional fees include but not limited to ground transportation, park tickets, meals and other activities.
