Q: Do I arrange my flights to Tampa, FL?

A: No, travel arrangements for the GLC will be arranged for the qualifying members through Young Living’s preferred travel agency. Qualifying members will be contacted within 10 business days of accepting the trip. All travel arrangements must be finalized and booked at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the GL Cruise start date. A member’s failure to respond to emails and phone calls from Young Living staff travel agent within 24 hours could result in a forfeit of the airfare portion of the trip reward. All flight arrangements, once ticketed, are FINAL and consultants are responsible for any and all fees associated with changing travel in any way.
Q: Can I arrive early or extend my trip to Tampa, FL?

A: Yes, Members may arrive early or extend their trip to Tampa, FL; however, Members will be responsible for all extra travel expenses.
Q: Will Young Living pay for my transportation to and from the airport in my hometown?

A: Travel costs incurred between a Member’s home and the airport are at the Member’s expense. Luggage fees and other expenses are also solely the responsibility of the Member.
Q: Will Young Living pay for my baggage fees?

A: Travel costs incurred between a Member’s home and the airport are at the Member’s expense. Luggage fees and other expenses are also solely the responsibility of the Member.
Q: What is included with my Global Leadership Cruise?

A: Prizes vary by tier; however, all Global Leadership Cruise qualifiers will earn airfare (class varies based on tier) for two from the closest major international airport from qualifiers home address to Tampa, FL & passage for 2 on the cruiseline. Additional prizes by tier – please see T&Cs for complete details. Incidentals are not included with the trip prizes for the GLC.
Q: What rank am I competing with during the incentive?

A: Within the US, the rank you are competing with during the entire incentive is based on your highest-paid rank as of May 2016. In all other international markets your rank doesn’t affect your ability to earn a place on the cruise-ship.
Q: If I personally enroll someone new in an international or (not for resale) NFR market; will they still count towards my Global Leadership Cruise points?

A: Yes, as long as they purchase a PSK (please see approved list of SKUs in the Official Rules)
Q: What type of enrollments count towards Global Leadership Points?

A: Personal Enrollments of at least 100 PV with a PSK only.
Q: When calculating points based on increases in my monthly Organizational Group Volume (OGV) Essential Rewards (ER) what does 5 levels deep mean?

A: Points are calculated by increases in monthly OGV ER volume of members up to 5 levels below you, regardless of enroller. Compression is not a consideration. You must be the sponsor to count their volume.

A: Points are calculated on a month over month increase. June 2016 is set as the baseline volume. The volume from July 2016 is compared to the June 2016 volume. The volume from August 2016 is compared to July 2016 volume. September 2016 volume is compared to August 2016. October 2016 volume is compared to September 2016 volume. It is possible that some monthly OGV volume may drop before the baseline June 2016 volume; in those situations, the baseline volume (June 2016) would replace that months’ actual volume.

Q: Can a NFR member participate in the Global Leadership Cruise Incentive?

A: No.
Q: Is there a minimum number of points required to earn the trip portion of the Global Leadership Cruise?

A: No.
Q: What happens if I uprank during the incentive, which rank am I competing with?

A: US Members only, the rank you are competing with during the entire incentive is based on your highest-paid rank as of May 2016. If you uprank during the incentive, you will still compete with the rank group aligned with your highest-paid start rank. In all other international markets your rank doesn’t affect your ability to earn a place on the cruise-ship.
Q: When will I learn about the details of the monthly mini promo?

A: Details regarding the current month’s mini promo will be emailed and posted on the VO the 1st of each month.
Q: Who can participate in the Global Leadership Cruise?

A: All active Young Living members (21 years and old) of any rank can participate.
Q: Who can qualify to earn a spot on the Global Leadership Cruise?

A: Active Young Living members 21 years or older as of July 1st 2016 who are Executive rank and above at the end of the qualification period.
Q: When are Global Leadership Cruise Points posted?

A: GLOBAL LEADERSHIP CRUISE Points are calculated and updated on a daily (PSK enrollments) and monthly (monthly ER OGV volume increase) basis (estimated to be on or about the 20th of each month) and reflected on the Point Standings page in Virtual Office.
Q: Can Members transfer their GLOBAL LEADERSHIP CRUISE points to another person?

A: No
Q: Will order returns and exchanges affect GLOBAL LEADERSHIP CRUISE points?

A: Any product returns or exchanges may result in the corresponding GLOBAL LEADERSHIP CRUISE Points being forfeited. Product exchanges may affect the GLOBAL LEADERSHIP CRUISE Points value for the underlying purchase depending on how the exchange affects the PV or OGV.
Q: Do GLOBAL LEADERSHIP CRUISE points have any cash or ER point value?

A: No
Q: When will the qualifiers be notified that they qualified for the Global Leadership Cruise trip reward?

A: An email will be sent to qualifiers on January 4th 2017 to confirm their spot and request registration. Qualifying members will have 24 hours to claim their reward or they will forfeit their trip. Forfeit by non-response or by declining the trip is non-reversible.
