Sarah Bjorgaard joins Young Living with 25 years of experience in the direct sales industry. Sarah has a background in leading high-performing teams, which was developed as she worked with companies such as Tastefully Simple, Melaleuca, and Plexus Worldwide.
In her most recent role before joining Young Living, Sarah served as the vice president of global sales, where she led all aspects of global field communications and social media, created and executed field incentives, developed sales tools and trained on their effective use, coached and set goals with field leaders, and developed new business. She also oversaw many other aspects of global sales, including on-boarding, sales analytics, retention, and U.S.-based international sales.
Sarah also worked for more than 14 years as a top Independent Executive with Mary Kay Cosmetics, where she taught about industry-specific topic such as skin care and color, as well as business growth strategies for Independent Consultants from the United States, Canada, the UK, and Australia. She is a graduate of Ridgewater College in Minnesota, with a degree in cosmetology and a focus in business operations. Her background in cosmetology and passion for beauty drive her commitment to her role at Young Living.
Sarah was raised working on a tree farm, earning her allowance by caring for plants and animals. Young Living’s mission echoes the devotion she developed as a child to harnessing wellness from the earth. Beyond her love of nature, Sarah loves helping people develop their leadership skills and coaching them in building their businesses. She also loves spending time with her family, landscaping, and decorating.

Country Manager, Malaysia
With 15 solid years of experience in advertising and design, Adeline practically lives and breathes branding and brand-building. She made her mark in several 4As agencies, establishing brand leadership and branding strategies for a roster of clients that included distinguished names such as Glaxo SmithKline, Maxis Communications, CIMB Group, Nivea, and Resorts World Genting. Not wanting to constrict herself to only the tried and tested, Adeline left the agency life and took on the role of Regional Category Manager for nutritional supplement for Amway Malaysia. Her 9 years with Amway included a stint where she lent her expertise to the team at the company’s headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Her love for essential oils, especially quality essential oils, led her to Young Living – first as a member, before she was talent-hunted to join the company’s APAC team as Regional Sales and Marketing Director. After only a year in, Adeline was entrusted to lead Young Living Malaysia as its Country Manager – a challenge she relishes and is confident of rising to meet with a big enough heart and with the help of her favorite oils, Thieves®, Purification and R.C. She is a self-confessed cooking show junkie who is still trying to spend more time in the kitchen than in front of the television. When she is not cooking ‘by proxy’, Adeline actively pursues her passion in charitable and cause-related works.
