Latest Arrangements on Experience Center & Customer Services'
Operation
Due to the accelerated spread of coronavirus, the government has
announced several measures to minimize the chance of crowds gathering and reduce the chance
of virus spreading. The health and safety of our employees and members are our highest
priority at Young Living, therefore we are implementing special arrangements for Experience
Center & customer services’ operation as below, starting from today:
- 1. Allowing 30 members to stay at Experience Center at maximum
- 2. Avoiding members to visit Experience Center in groups of > 4
- 3. Increasing Experience Center's frequency of cleaning
- 4. Registering travel records of members entering Experience Center
- 5. Operating hours of Experience Center & Customer Services
- 6. Requiring members to wear masks & have their body temperature measured before entering Experience Center
Updates on NFR order delivery service
Due to epidemic development, DHL is suspending all shipping services to China,
Hong Kong and Macau. For members who have ordered NFR products that will ship from the USA, your
order will be shipped with FedEX as the carrier. If you have selected DHL as
the carrier, we will automatically update the shipping carrier to FedEx for
you.This will be in place until further notice. You will anticipate longer than
normal transit of your NFR orders as the situation is changing very frequently.
