FAQ
1) What if I decide to cancel my registration?
Due to the nature of this event and the expenses involved in planning for each attendee, no refunds will be permitted. We allow self-service name change on EventBrite on or before April 24.
2) May I bring my child to the event?
We welcome anyone aged 3 and above to join. Please take care of elderly and children, Young Living is not responsible for their safety. There is no sitting area or childcare services.
3) Do I have to be a member to attend?
No. We invite everyone to come and join us!
4) Will order fulfillment and pick-up be available at the event?
Onsite fulfillment and Pick-up Service is not available for this event. All pre-order and onsite order will be processed within April. Free local shipping service is provided for event orders with 100PV or above. For orders below 100PV, standard shipping fee with be applied.
5) How to become a Young Living member?

To become a member, you may simply ask your friend who is already a Young Living member. You may also go to the “Enquiry Counter” for the assistance of enrollment, ordering and other product enquiries. Our Customer Service team are happy to serve you.

6) What if there is an adverse weather?

The event will be cancelled if Black Rainstorm Warning Signal and Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or higher is still in force 2 hours before the event.

7) Will there be area for car parking?
Limited parking space is available. During peak periods on weekends and holidays we recommend that visitors take public transport. (Public Transportation)
